He has been providing reassurance to not only me but my dog and is great at sending consistent updates in the form of voice notes, pictures and videos. She sent frequent updates and photos throughout the stay, and every picture showed a happy, relaxed, and clearly well-cared-for pup. It was obvious that she took the time to get to know our dog and make him feel comfortable and loved. Her updates were detailed and reassuring, and she was always quick to answer any questions. Our dog Brussel Sprout loved staying with Zoe! Zoe is so sweet and took such good care of him while we were away! He had so much fun playing, taking walks, and getting so much attention. We loved having Zoe as our Rover, she was so flexible when we had to change our dates and great with communication! We are very thankful!
This was the first time I left Maxine with a sitter instead of family or friends, and it was a great experience. I felt comfortable with Sanaz, even after the first meet and greet. She communicated regularly and sent photos, reassuring me that Maxine was well cared for - allowing me to have a great weekend away.
Ziyao and her mom took wonderful care of Poke and treated him like family during his stay. They kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Excellent service and beyond our expectations! Mr. Chi took amazing care of our dog for 11 days and made him feel completely at home. We loved receiving lots of picture updates throughout the day, and it gave us so much peace of mind while we were on vacation. What we appreciated most was how he kept our dog on his normal routine while also letting him enjoy the company of the other dogs. Mr. Chi gave him so much attention, care, and even extra healthy food choices. The space was very clean, spacious, and perfect for dogs. This was our first time using Rover, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely worth coming back to. Highly recommended!
