Sam responded to my initial message immediately and set up a call followed by a meet and greet with their adorable dog Roxy and some of their other pup houseguests. I knew Oliver would be in great hands and he was -- they sent tons of photos and videos throughout his stay, and it was clear Ollie was having a great time, not just with his new canine buddies, but with Sam and Karen as well (including some traitorous photos of my non-lapdog dog, sitting on Karen's lap and kissing her!). I would 100% recommend them and will absolutely trust Oliver with them again in the future. Thank you both so much!!”
