Given that I was a first time dog parent and had recently adopted Benji, I was nervous about boarding him so early on during Benji’s decompression period. Eric was great with communication - he agreed to meet Benji prior to the boarding date so Benji could be familiar with him. He also provided my husband and I photos/videos of Benji daily. The updates she sent really captured his personality and little quirks, which we appreciated. Handoffs were smooth, and he came back happy and in great spirits. Would definitely book with her again.
Bridget looked after our very energetic Norfolk terrier boy while we were traveling. She was very accommodating with his needs and provided us with updates and photos throughout his stay. I would definitely consider using their services again and would recommend them.
Julia was amazing with Larry! I was afraid to leave Larry while I was out of state but Julia was very communicative and sent me so many updates during his stay! When I unexpectedly had to extend my trip, Julia was so helpful and agreed to watch Larry for a few more days with last minute notice. He came home a very happy pup and I would definitely have him stay with Julia again!!
Highly recommend Wen for longer term boarding! I had to leave town for 7 days and Wen was so communicative and understanding. She made sure I was comfortable with lots of pictures and updates. She also made sure my dog was comfortable in her home, even allowing him to cuddle up with her in bed at night like he does at home. Our pitbull can be high energy and difficult to walk at times but Wen handles him with compassion and confidence the whole way through. Thanks so much Wen!
We’re so so happy that Enzo stayed with Lesly and Ellery! We were a little nervous to leave him behind for 5 days but they not only made our anxious dog super comfy during his stay, they also shared daily updates with us while we were away which we appreciated so so much! I feel so lucky for finding Ryan and Jefra! I have older dogs, with all the issues that come with aging, and Ryan and Jefra were so patient in understanding their needs. Nothing is more important than knowing your pups are in caring hands when you're traveling, and I could not feel more confident that Kelso and Izzy have a happy home-away-from-home. They're the best.
Carly truly went above and beyond! Really lucky to have connected on such a short notice and see how happy Milo is. It really shows with Carly that she truly cares with pictures every day and very frequent updates. It’s so sweet to see how happy Milo is after spending time with Carly and seemed to fit right in. We look forward to using Carly again :)
Fatima was so lovely. She took good care of my senior dog. She sent me video and photo updates every day. She paid careful attention to my her behavior and well being (she even noticed that my dog is very likely deaf!). I was so worried about leaving my elderly girl with someone I had never met before, but Fatima made me feel completely at ease. Lucy came back happy and in good shape. Next time I travel, Fatima will be the person I call to look after my dog.
This is the second time Symone has watched my dogs. As before, she took extremely good care of the dogs. She gave us very detailed updates about our dogs at least once a day. This stay, Symone went above and beyond what I expected from a dog sitter. During the stay, one of our dogs had a medical emergency (from a chronic condition, unrelated to her care), and she took him to the urgent care and then an overnight pet hospital. She stayed with him late until the night to make sure he was properly taken care of and helped us stay get in touch with the doctors. I truly believe that if Symone hadn't noticed him declining and acted so quickly, our dog would no longer be with us.
