Samantha was the best caretaker for my dog, Finnley! With heart and attention to his daily needs, she played with him, loved him and took him on lots of walks. Finnley has anxiety issues and physical limitations. I feel so fortunate to have found Samantha and it was evident from the photos she sent to update me, that Finnley felt very comfortable.
Sampras loved staying with Viktoria while we were out of town! She was great with taking him on walks and managing the walk schedule since it was so hot out. She sent frequent pictures and checked in regularly. And she was so friendly and enjoyable for us to coordinate with! We will definitely send Sampras to Viktoria again in the future!
Chih ying was absolutely fantastic with our Labrador retriever Maisy. She was able to watch her on very short notice over the Fourth of July holiday, which was such a huge help. She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire stay, sending daily updates and lots of pictures that gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear Maisy was well cared for and happy. Michelle took care of my 2.5 year old cavapoo over a long weekend. She was very nice and professional and came to meet me and my dog ahead of the booking. Selam was wonderful! We booked very last-minute, and she was happy to make time for a meet and greet. Annie's stay was during a heatwave and 4th of July, so we were worried about her health/safety during the heat and her comfort during the fireworks. Selam handled both of those things perfectly! She was incredibly diligent about making sure Annie got the walks she needed, while also being mindful of the heat and being attuned to Annie's comfort and health. She checked Annie's ears and belly to make sure she wasn't too hot, brought water on walks, and made sure Annie could rest whenever she wanted. Selam was so caring during the fireworks, providing comfort and distraction to minimize Annie's anxiety. She was also very communicative, providing detailed updates and photographs daily. We would happily book with Selam again!
Tolga was amazing with pepper. I really feel she got all the attention she needed, including hugs, ball playing and especially during the fireworks, where pepper needed to be held and calmed down. I hope i get a chance to use him again for pepper- I absolutely would!
