Eric has a relaxed and confident demeanor that worked well with our dog, and also sent us lots of pictures and informative updates (what they were doing, how Yoshi's health was regarding a recent upset stomach he was recovering from). He's also a walker so I wasn't worried about Yoshi getting enough exercise. We look forward to booking Eric again!”

I was super anxious about leaving my very attached mini goldendoodle puppy Coco for the first time to be out of the country for 9 days and they put me completely at ease. Laura was incredible about providing pictures and updates while I was away, and provided my pup with so much love, cuddles, and playtime. I could tell when I picked Coco up that she felt right at home running around the apartment and playing with the toys! My doggy boys stayed with them for a week while we were travelling out of state and they looked like they were having a nice little doggy vacation themselves with their new found friends. Lal would keep us updated with how our boys were doing by also posting pictures and videos along with the texts and e-mails. Lal really took the time to get to know the boys well specially during their meet and greet. Plus the fact that their LabraDoodle, Hank got along very well with the boys made me really feel at ease. His dog Hermes gets on great with my puppy, they were playing together the whole time! We did a meet and greet before booking him to make sure that the dogs got along well together too. We needed our dog to only eat the food we brought due to allergy concerns, and Adam fed them in separate rooms which worked well. We got back a tired, happy puppy.”

I’ve fostered 14 cats, including kittens, undersocialized cats, and cats recovering from surgery, as well as fostered two dogs. Yuliia was AMAZING! She took such good care of Mabel that we joked that the dog had a better vacation than we did. She sent lots of pics and videos, took our dog on lots of adventures, and we could tell Mabel adapted to her vacation lifestyle right away because she was comfortable eating right away (unusual for her in a new place!) and came home happy and tuckered out. Yuliia also provided pick up and drop off free of charge - can’t recommend her enough, and Mabel can’t wait until the next time we go out of town!

It was my first time using Rover, and I was nervous about finding the right person to watch our dog, Milli. When I came across Paola and saw how happy another user was with the way she cared for their dog, I decided to take a chance. First, she made the effort to come meet Milli to see if they would be a good fit. I was running late because the NYC trains have no mercy, but she waited for me so the meetup could happen. Milli instantly took a liking to her, and we agreed it would be a great fit. Second, she came to our home to pick Milli up, which was really professional and saved me the time of bringing Milli to her. Third, she kept us updated on everything Milli was doing: how many walks they took, how many times Milli went to the bathroom, how they were hanging out together, the whole nine yards. Paola is such a sweet, outgoing professional, and I'm really happy to have met her and trusted her with our dog. I highly recommend her services, and I'll definitely be booking her again.
Jennifer and her family have been the best caretakers for Arthur. He stayed there for over two weeks and seemed to be part of the family. We were visiting New York City for just one night and needed a place for our dog because our hotel was not dog friendly. We found Adam on Rover. Laura is always SO fantastic with my dog, Stella. Stella is pretty anxiously attached to us, so finding a dog sitter that she is truly happy with has been incredible!! We can tell how much Stella loves being with Laura, especially since she takes her to the park so much while we are gone. Laura also was SO flexible and accommodating while we were dealing with travel delays and cancellations, which made the situation half as stressful as it could’ve been. We will be coming back to Laura for any care Stella needs as long as she is available- we cannot recommend her enough!!

Zemei was great with Neo! She was very flexible with pickup and drop-off, sent me lots of pictures and videos, and Neo came back so happy after his sleepover. This was the first time Neo stayed with Zemei, and I felt at ease knowing he was in good hands while I was away.
Haana is the best. Was so thankful as I requested very last minute. She spoils my dog with long walks, lots of cuddles, and makes him chicken and eggs as treats. She sends the cutest daily updates with plenty of pics and videos. Will continue to use her - highly recommend!!!
Julia was such a great communicator before, during, and after our dog's stay with her. She was able to care for a somewhat stubborn pup who needs medications without issue, sent pictures and written updates, and our dog came back happy and tired (the best combination!).
