She responded to my messages quickly and also kept sending me photos of how my dog was doing which gave me peace of mind. Vanessa is the absolute best, she treated my furbabies like her own. She sent consistent communication throughout the day with pictures and videos. Prachi and I had a meet and greet for my dog Gummi. She asked relevant and thoughtful questions about Gummi's typical routine and my expectations in terms of what I would be taking care of and what she should be doing. She also informed me that she only accepts one dog at a time, which I appreciate; while Gummi is a very sweet and patient girl who is very friendly with other dogs, we have had bad experiences with other dogs who were not well-behaved, so I do not like to have her with any unfamiliar dogs. During the booking, Prachi send many photos and updates of Gummi throughout the time. It was a hot day, and she made sure the AC was on and put ice in the water bowl so that Gummi would be comfortable. Will absolutely book with her again!
