She communicates so well and has a very welcoming personality that makes you feel like your furry one will be in great hands. Throughout his stay, she made Leo feel so loved, and allowed him to explore different park and animal friendly areas. She provided updates, lots of amazing, cutesy photos and notified us of any places she was taking him which we really appreciate. We are so thankful for her care, and will keep her in mind for future care if needed.
Eunice took great care of my dog Maddox while I was traveling! The coordination and pre-meetup was seamless and she asked detailed questions to ensure that his routine was followed. I got regular updates from her about Maddox and he looked very happy to be in her care. She was also flexible with me for pick-up when I returned home from my trip.
Brea was amazing with my (geriatric) puppy! I have a 16 year old chihuahua recovering from some medical issues and Brea took wonderful care of him. She gave me regular, detailed updates and photos. Meilin was absolutely amazing with Grey during a 10 day stay! It was our first time traveling from NYC as we have recently relocated from London, so we were looking for someone who could provide extra care, comfort, and attention to our pup who has gone through a lot of transition over this past month, and Meilin absolutely overdelivered. They did such a wonderful job taking care of my fur child while I went on vacation. My fur child enjoyed her time with them. She’s happy. They did some nice touches like giving her a small mini groom, supplemented her food with some freshly cooked food (of course I ok’ed it).
Angela was absolutely wonderful with Harlow! From the very beginning, she was so responsive, accommodating, and attentive when I sent over Harlow’s care instructions and all of her details. While I was away in Europe, Angela sent me a photo of Harlow every day and kept me updated just as I had asked, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was traveling. Most importantly, when I picked Harlow up, she seemed so happy and genuinely loved being with Angela. It was clear that she had been well cared for and given lots of love and attention. Tori was incredible and Cleo had an absolute blast with her and her frenchie Bubba. She was incredibly professional at our meet and greet and asked all the right questions! Very communicative and shared lots of smiling puppy photos while I was gone, so I always felt assured Cleo was happy and safe! Highly recommend :)
