They sent me plenty of updates and even when they noticed a slight issue with Charlie they sent me a detailed explanation and I explained it was to be alarmed about, but they still continued to send updates as he got better. “Elaine and Wilson were excellent cat sitters who went above and beyond to make my cat Luna feel comfortable and happy during her boarding! I was worried that Luna wouldn’t get along with their cat, but they made sure to provide them a slow introduction and they surprisingly got along better than I expected. Elaine sent frequent updates and pictures , and I can tell that she is passionate about taking care of cats! She was super communicative during the entire stay and was able to successfully trim Lunas nails, give her a bath and even take her on a stroll to my surprise! They were the best cat sitters I could ever ask for and I would highly recommend them to others.”

“Dey is amazing. She took well of my two senior cats and was very caring. She sent many updates and photos daily and made me feel she’s the right person to trust. She is knowledgable of how to take care of special needs cats and approach them carefully w/ lots of patiences. Her cat, Lucas, is wonderful as well. He is like a therapy cat and introduce my cat to adopt the new environment gently. My cats seemed normal and not affected much by our absence after we took them home. I couldn’t be happier with their service.”
