Golden Retriever daddy on the hunt!
Hello! My name is Dany! While abroad in Austria in 2019 for a semester, I started taking care of dogs professionally - I worked as a dog walker/sitter there taking care of dachshunds, a rottweiler, australian shepherd, and a great dane among others. Upon my return, I continued dog care professionally in DC, then in late 2020/early 2021 I started working with my littlest sister! The summer of 2019, I became a red golden retriever daddy to a baby girl named illari who stole my heart. 🦮 I absolutely love animals (I also have a redfoot tortoise and fresh water aquarium!) and can't get enough of them!! With all my experience I'm unafraid to get down and dirty. I have another part time job some evenings. I truly believe in the phrase of dogs being man's best friend and thus try my best to adhere to each dogs unique personality. 🗨 Additionally I am fluent in French, Spanish and ASL and thus am able to service a wide variety of clientele! I live with my mom and two younger sisters - we are all adults who are crazy for dogs! Looking forward to working with you! 🤗

Dane’s family took great care of my boy Sandwich while I had an overnight trip out of the city and wasn’t allowed to bring him with me. They sent photos frequently of him playing in their backyard or going out for walks, and they also updated me when my dog didn’t want to eat his food. They have genuine concern for the pets they look after, and my dog was very comfortable with them. Dane’s family was very flexible and accommodating. Overall a wonderful experience booking with them!

Dane and his family were absolutely amazing. They treated our dog like one of their own from the moment they picked him up. We got updates, photos, and could see how relaxed and happy he was the entire three nights. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such a loving home. We would book with them again without hesitation. Truly grateful for their care.

Schedule
I am currently working part time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! Your dog is always under human supervision by me and my family.

I have a fenced backyard and front garden for your dog to play around in safely depending on the weather. I also have a bedded crate to be used if necessary.

A typical day
Smelling flowers and the grass in the neighborhood. Playing fetch, tug of war, other exercise if requested. Watching TV together inside, or playing in the backyard!
