I booked Henly last minute for boarding and was reliable from the very start of communication. She communicates so well and has a very welcoming personality that makes you feel like your furry one will be in great hands. Throughout his stay, she made Leo feel so loved, and allowed him to explore different park and animal friendly areas. She provided updates, lots of amazing, cutesy photos and notified us of any places she was taking him which we really appreciate. We are so thankful for her care, and will keep her in mind for future care if needed.
Brea was amazing with my (geriatric) puppy! I have a 16 year old chihuahua recovering from some medical issues and Brea took wonderful care of him. She gave me regular, detailed updates and photos.
