Jasmil took amazing care of our dog Billy while we went on vacation. She was so professional right from the start. She took the time to go through Billy's profile and asked thoughtful questions that showed she was really deliberate in her care. Kayla was so amazing! It was clear from the beginning that she wanted to make sure my dog Layla felt comfortable and had all her needs met. She provided summaries of how Layla was doing each day along with pictures and videos and reached out for advice whenever issues came up. Dey was excellent! She took such great care of our cat Leo. This was my first time booking. Leo stayed with her for 8 days. She sent updates with photos and videos. She played with him, he got exercise and a healthy diet. My son was sad to leave him for that many days. With the videos and photos he knew his Leo was well taken care of .
Francesca was amazing with Yankee. She has a kind, confident and easygoing way about her. Yankee liked her the minute he saw her.—He didn’t even say goodbye when he left, lol! It was his first time away from home, in any capacity, and I could see from the videos and pictures she sent that he was happy. I love that she has her own dog which helps with socializing Yankee and a huge backyard. Also, Yankee absolutely LOVES the water and so to see him playing in a sprinkler/splash pad just warmed my heart. Thank you for taking such good care of Yankee and for keeping my mind at ease with all the pictures and videos you sent. Nika is an excellent sitter! Lola is shy and takes time to adjust to new spaces. Nika knows how to engage with her to get her more comfortable in her surroundings. She keeps me updated with videos and beautiful pictures so I know how Lola is doing on a daily basis. She provides great communication about her daily habits. I've utilized her services multiple times and would recommend her to anyone who wants the best care for their cat while they are away. You will feel at ease leaving your cat in her care.
Kevin and Chie were EXCELLENT! They cared for and treated my sweet Teddy sooooo amazing. I was updated throughout the days with lots of pictures and videos. Teddy was smiling the whole stay! Prachi and I had a meet and greet for my dog Gummi. She asked relevant and thoughtful questions about Gummi's typical routine and my expectations in terms of what I would be taking care of and what she should be doing. She also informed me that she only accepts one dog at a time, which I appreciate; while Gummi is a very sweet and patient girl who is very friendly with other dogs, we have had bad experiences with other dogs who were not well-behaved, so I do not like to have her with any unfamiliar dogs. During the booking, Prachi send many photos and updates of Gummi throughout the time. It was a hot day, and she made sure the AC was on and put ice in the water bowl so that Gummi would be comfortable. Will absolutely book with her again!
