He asked great questions ahead of time, put me at ease before I left, and followed Nala's routine and eye ointment instructions perfectly the whole stay. James sent constant photos and videos, and it was obvious how closely he was paying attention to her. He told me Nala would make a great therapy dog given how sweet and tolerant she is with every person she meets, and by day three he'd noticed she likes to stop and sniff parked cars on walks, which is such a specific, subtle thing that I don't think anyone but me had ever picked up on before. He took her on walks constantly (her favorite thing) and let her lead the way and explore. He was incredibly easy to coordinate with from start to finish, and I could tell he genuinely enjoyed his time with her. I'll definitely be booking James again next time I need someone to watch Nala.”

I had to be away from my dog Benji for 24 long days, which in general, it's hard to be away from our fur babies for any length of time, but I knew he would be in great hands with Angie and put any worries I had at ease. She kept me updated daily with videos and pictures (she is an amazing photographer btw) she gave him lots of cuddles, care and treats and even taught him some new really cool tricks! She walked him daily, followed my instructions of his everyday routines and took him to really cool places in the city and even the beach! Joshua was attentive, caring, and very communicative! He treated my kitten, Thunder, like his own and sent me pictures throughout his stay. Thunder had never stayed away from home before, but Joshua made him feel right at home—even sharing his bed, couch, and work chair with him! He never made caring for Thunder seem like a hassle. Such a wonderful caretaker. Highly recommend!
Not only was Serdar able to make a last minute, 2-night boarding happen, but he was extremely carrying and quick to respond/send pictures. Also, instead of just guessing what is best when it gaps to gaps in my care plan, he asked questions when he wasn't 100% sure (around medication, feeding habits, sleeping, etc.), which I loved! He really wanted to make sure my pup was getting the best care and comfort he could provide. That kind of attention to detail is what separates Serdar from other watchers who may assume they know best or lack the communication that we all want as dog owners when they are in someone else's care. I will be using him again in the future.
Ashley was amazing and my dog really loved her! 2 weeks without my dog and I can’t imagine a more comfortable setup, she was so well cared for and happy when I picked her up. Leaving your dog with anyone is super nerve-racking and can give you a lot of anxiety, but when I tell you that all of my anxiety and nervousness went away instantly when me and my dog Tyson met Michelle and Michael. Tyson immediately fell in love with them you can tell he was so happy to meet them, it’s almost as if he already knew them. It’s something about their energy and presence. It’ll be a blessing for your dog to stay with them. Tyson is a 75 pound mostly pitbull/Labrador, so of course with our size dogs we’re always a little more nervous and worried if dog sitters are going to take care of your dog the way you want them to and I can say that Michael and Michelle went above and beyond, they sent me pictures and updated me how he was doing daily. And when I picked up Tyson, he was at peace, He didn’t have any anxiety. He was really calm and happy. You can tell that he had a great stay and was well taken care of. I will highly recommend Michelle and Michael. Also their home is super clean ! Thank you again for the awesome service and for showing all the love to my boy while I was away. Tyson will be back.
I had yejin watch my Shih Tzu for the day, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her! She was absolutely wonderful and such a great communicator throughout the entire day. She sent so many adorable pictures and regular updates, which really put my mind at ease knowing my pup was in such good hands and being so well taken care of.
