“This was our first time using Rover and Juliana’s service, and we were nervous, like leaving a first grader at day care for the first time! We met with Juliana way before our boarding and the meet and greet went very well and Jin Jin was already comfortable around her and at the backyard. Juliana was very calm and friendly, very gentle and I immediately felt that Jin Jin would be comfortable as she is very anxious with noise and prefers a quiet environment. Jin Jin stayed with Juliana and her mother for over a week and we got photos and updates and Juliana was responsive to my questions. I eventually felt relieved knowing Jin Jin was doing well and that she was in good hands and well taken care of. When Jin Jin got home, she acted all normal and the experience with boarding didn’t traumatize her and I could tell that she enjoyed the time at Juliana’s. I am glad I found Juliana and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable dog sitter.”
“Jisu was the most amazing sitter to my pup Pika!! Even though he’s super used to being with other sitters in the past, I’ve been a bit more nervous lately to leave him with someone because he’s older and has some quirks. But Jisu embraced all of it and loved him like his own. She was so communicative, sweet, and SO patient when I let her know all of his grooming needs and behavioral traits. She also was soooo kind and accommodating with pick up when my flight was delayed. I feel like this is the first time in a long time where I haven’t stressed at all leaving Pika with someone. Your pup will be in great hands with Eric. I also love how much socializing With other dogs Charlie gets to have when I leave him with Eric. Nika is an excellent sitter! Lola is shy and takes time to adjust to new spaces. Nika knows how to engage with her to get her more comfortable in her surroundings. She keeps me updated with videos and beautiful pictures so I know how Lola is doing on a daily basis. She provides great communication about her daily habits. I've utilized her services multiple times and would recommend her to anyone who wants the best care for their cat while they are away. You will feel at ease leaving your cat in her care.
Prachi and I had a meet and greet for my dog Gummi. She asked relevant and thoughtful questions about Gummi's typical routine and my expectations in terms of what I would be taking care of and what she should be doing. She also informed me that she only accepts one dog at a time, which I appreciate; while Gummi is a very sweet and patient girl who is very friendly with other dogs, we have had bad experiences with other dogs who were not well-behaved, so I do not like to have her with any unfamiliar dogs. During the booking, Prachi send many photos and updates of Gummi throughout the time. It was a hot day, and she made sure the AC was on and put ice in the water bowl so that Gummi would be comfortable. Will absolutely book with her again!
Margarita and Cristian are truly the best!! My goldendoodle, Cooper, loves his stay with them. He comes back home happy after his stay and you can tell he is truly loved by Margarita and Cristian. Margarita is very accommodating to a few emergencies that have popped up for me and is willing to work with you to give your pet the best accommodation. She also provides updates on your pet and provides pictures. I highly recommend booking Margarita and Cristian as your pets sitter!! You won’t regret it!
