He was very thorough in doing a preparation call to learn all about my cats prior to the visit. The visit was terrific. While my cats were only with Steven for a short stay, they were able to get comfortable enough to explore and play which speaks to Steven's ability to provide a safe and welcoming environment. At pickup, Steven even helped me to carry the cats home as I only live two blocks away. I would definitely recommend Steven for the great attention, communication, and overall ease of experience!”

“Naomi was amazing! She was so communicative, comforting, and kind. She was ON TOP of things in every single way. I needed a sitter last minute about a week out from my family vacation. I was scrambling to find someone on rover and Naomi was available and excited to watch Genevieve! On top of that, Genny had a rough grooming appt a few days before dropoff, and got a corneal ulcer in which she would have to take eye drops and pain meds. Naomi without question agreed to helping administer them and make her comfortable. You can imagine how worried I was as a dog mom, leaving her with someone new and with a medical issue! Naomi made me feel so at peace leaving Genny with her. She's truly created a doggy haven at her place, with full range for them to hang out inside and out. I am so thankful I found her when I did, and that Genny had such a wonderful time! She was whining when we picked her up, she didn't want to leave! I would recommend Naomi many times over and would give her more than 5 stars if I could!”

She was really kind and attentive with her - she played with Mochi, took her on long walks, and overall made sure she was happy and healthy. Brenda’s dog Choco is a sweetheart, and playing with Choco definitely made Mochi’s stay even more fun for her. Brenda was also very communicative and sent me pictures and updates while I was away. It’s always hard to leave Mochi behind during a trip, but Brenda made sure she was extremely well taken care of! I also appreciate that Brenda asked me really thorough questions about Mochi prior to the petsitting dates - it gave me comfort and peace of mind to know how much Brenda cared about Mochi’s wellbeing. Emily and her family are wonderful! Frequent updates and pictures. Mason and Gobi always look so happy. Their things was packed very nice and tidy. Was worried about Mason’s skin since it gets easily irritated but it looked better than when he was home. Glad we were able to find Emily.
We booked Anny for ann overnight stay and from the start she made us feel extremely comfortable. We dropped are dog off and immediately we had pictures of the dog. Anny treated our dog just like it was here own she has a beautiful home extremely clean with all the necessities a dog could use. We picked up are dog and she was happy you could see the care that Anny and her family gave. This was a great experience I highly recommend Anny to watch you dog extremely professional and caring you will not find anyone better.
I had to find a last-minute sitter for Romeo while I was away. He was initially staying with family, but due to some unexpected medical emergencies, we had to make other arrangements. I was so lucky to find Jun T., who took care of Romeo for 15 days. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Jun took wonderful care of Romeo, took him out for walks, and sent me pictures and videos every day along with regular updates. Knowing that Romeo was happy, safe, and well cared for gave me such peace of mind while I was away. I’ll admit I was a little nervous because of a previous bad experience with a Rover sitter, but I trusted Rover enough to give it another try. This time, I decided to look for someone a little farther from home and try a new environment for Romeo—and I’m so glad I did! I’m truly happy I found Jun T. Kristi and her husband were phenomenal! Kristi was so understanding about a last minute, extended stay for Dom and Ellie, and is clearly a huge dog person. We got lots of updates, where it was clear they were having the best time, and they came home happy and healthy. Highly recommend!

They take the absolute best care of my dog Bowie, I trust them with my life. They’ve watched her probably around 10 times in the last 6-7 months and everytime I get my dog back, she’s happy. No greater feeling that knowing your dog is getting great care while you are out of town.

Veronica and her family are the best. I know my fur baby is safe and happy when she is being doggie sat by them. She treats them like she’s her own child with so much love, affection and hugs and kisses. Rosie loves Veronica and her family very much and they love her. Sabrina was a great pet Sitter. First and foremost, you can tell that she loves animals and takes great care of them. She provides excellent communication and sends lots of pictures and videos so you know that your pet is comfortable and well taken care of. She followed my pet’s routine and went above and beyond to make sure my pet was comfortable. Overall she’s a very friendly person and was super accommodating with scheduling for drop off and pickup. I highly recommend her our experience (my dog and I) was great I would definitely book with Sabrina again.
Alan took such great care of my dog Luna! We were on a family trip in Spain and left Luna with a different sitter, but halfway through our trip, they could no longer take care of Luna. I needed a new dog sitter immediately and I was stressed because we were so far from home. Thankfully Alan responded quickly and had availability and he took in Luna the same day. Luna gets separation anxiety and I wasn't sure how she would react to being in a different home. Alan gave Luna the space she needed to explore his home and get comfortable, and he even put Luna's bed in his bedroom so she could feel safe. Luna loves being outside so it is a big plus that they have an outdoor space, and they go on walks often. The biggest relief was that Alan and his family have been taking care of dogs for over a decade and there is always someone home, which means Luna was never by herself and that really helped with her separation anxiety. I was really scared and I felt a little helpless since I was overseas while Luna needed a new dog sitter, so I'm really glad Alan and his family took Luna on such a last minute notice and they treated her so well. They are very attentive and gave multiple updates per day on how she was doing, and if anything seemed out of the ordinary, they would let me know immediately. They gave her lots of water, food, treats, and play time every day, and Luna got along well with the other dogs. Sometimes Luna gets nervous around other dogs and felt overstimulated when I took her to doggy day car centers in the past, but she had no problem with any of the dogs staying with Alan. I thank Alan and his family so much for being my life-saver while I was overseas and I would definitely book with them again!!
Excellent care and my Bella had the best time in her short 4 yrs. Patricia when far and beyond what I had expected. Her own 2 yr baby pup was the cherry on the top. She had the best time playing with Jilly for whole time Patrica was caring for my Bella. The next time I need Bella cared for I will definitely call on your services again.
