Thank you!”

“Eleanor is great. We were visiting NYC and looked for someone to care for our Miniature Schnauzer. We saw Eleanor had many good reviews and many repeated customers. She was very accommodating - allowing us to extend our scheduled time at the last minute and start hours earlier. She asked us all the right questions - to assure the right care and kept us posted the entire time. I would also says Eleanor is incredibly punctual - which made for a quick and efficient drop off / pick up. You will be happy with her care. We recommend Eleanor.”

About: We have over 1000sqf play area, most of time pets can play in this area.Pets can be supervised 24 hours per day,And 24-hour surveillance has been installed.I have 11 years of dog experience. I am currently only accepting dogs below 40 lbs and the only thing I ask for in a dog is that it be friendly, have no history of biting and no aggression. But will be put in a large crates for sleeping and meal times for safety reasons. Plenty of water will be kept in the play area. I have taken care of hundreds of dogs and have some experience with emergencies. The closest vet hospital to my place is only 5 minutes away and I always have a pet first aid kit at my store.I think all of these play a part in emergencies. 1: Videos and photos are sent daily, no less than 3 times a day; 2: Feed twice a day, 6-7 am and 6-7 pm.Pets will be feeded separately 3: Large and clean activity space to pets, except eating and sleeping ,they can play in this area all day. 4: Plenty of water will be kept in the room We have a large and clean space,we clean and disinfect everyday. There are 3 safety gates in the store,I think it’s very important to avoid pets escaping. All foods we will keep in the closed cabinets and refrigerator.

19. Katherine R.
“Katherine is an amazing pet caregiver. She loves animals so much, she treats them like children! She has always shown a lot of care and attention to my dogs. I appreciate having her around them because she is very attentive to their needs. I would trust her with any pet of mine 100% I’m just afraid they wouldn’t want to come back home with me after a day with her! Her own pets are so well behaved and taken care of, spoiled beyond measure. She’s definitely the one I call when I need to leave my dogs with someone when I go on vacation. Your furry friend will be in good hands with Katherine.”
