About: Hi! I’m Huixian, a reliable and patient dog lover based in Bayside. I regularly spend time around dogs of all sizes and personalities and truly enjoy caring for them. I understand every dog is different—some are energetic, some are shy—and I always adjust my approach to make them feel safe and comfortable. Safety is my top priority. I stay alert during walks, use secure leashes, and carefully follow all your instructions. 📸 I also send photo updates every walk so you can feel at ease while you're away. I work full-time, but I’m available evenings and weekends and always make sure your dog gets the attention they deserve. ❤️ Monday - Friday: 7pm - 10pm Saturday: 4pm - 10pm Sunday: 12pm - 10pm I work full time but during my free time, I really enjoy taking long walks with my husband ❤ Your dog will spend a wonderful time with us! I focus on dog walking and always prioritize safety and comfort. I use secure leashes, stay alert to surroundings, and adjust each walk to your dog’s needs and energy level. I follow all owner instructions carefully and provide updates so you can feel confident your dog is in good hands.

Rose was really great with my cats and they seemed to take to her very quickly. She followed all instructions left, if she had any questions she reached out and was ready to get a hold of and response time was great. I will definitely use her again

Just perfect! She is awesome. Communication is always on point, she is very reliable, knows what she is doing, and you can tell she has a passion for it. My dog tends to be shy around new people and Lia made sure to give her space and not overwhelmed her during the first visit, and I couldn’t believe my eyes she LOVED HER right away, when leaving for the walk Beba didn’t even look back! Honestly, best experience I’ve had so far throughout the years. Will be definitely rebooking with her!!! Recommend Lia to any other pet parents out there. She’s the best!

About: I am a very patient and outgoing person. I give all animals the upmost care and affection as if they were my own. One thing my job has taught me is that every pet is different, but they all have something in common and that is to live life to the fullest in their forever homes and eat as many treats as they can. Pets appreciate everything you do for them and I am positive yours will appreciate you when choosing me for your pet care. I have worked in the veterinary care field for over 5 years, and have done dog/cat sitting for most of my life so pet care is a part of my life 24/7. During our meet and greet I’d like to know what helps your babies feel relaxed and comfortable as if you never left. We will go over all the important things like feeding instructions and any special needs. Then we will discuss where everything is located so I can provide plenty of water, food and treats, and of course play time for them.

About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 6 years old, and my love for animals only grew from there. By the time I was 10, I was already the go-to pet sitter for friends and family. At 18, I began working at a pet daycare and boarding resort, where I gained hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments. I also learned grooming techniques, safety observation, and even earned CPR training for dogs to ensure every pet’s well-being. At 19, I got my own puppy—now a happy 3-year-old—and he’s truly my world. I have worked with puppy’s to seniors and love them all ! Caring for animals has always been second nature to me, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. 🐾 I am a student currently unemployed and have all the time in the world to make sure I fit you and you’re pups needs ❤️ I provide a safe, loving, and clean environment where pets can feel right at home. My spacious fenced-in backyard offers plenty of room for play, and my home is cozy and comfortable for rest and relaxation. I’m experienced in following specific dietary needs and administering medications with care and attention. Every pet is watched closely, kept happy, and treated like part of the family. 🐾

Her daily pictures and the time she spent playing with and cuddling our cats was something we looked forward to each day. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our time away and also will not have reservations about travel again, as long as we can get Laura!

About: I've volunteered to walk dogs at Sean Casey Animal Rescue, walking dogs of different sizes and breeds for 45 minutes to an hour. My neighbors have also relied on me to care for their dog or cat. I am currently working part time so I have enough time to care for your pets. I am normally available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. In my client's home, I can stay for however long I am needed (if overnight is needed, i'm available). I am willing to take their dog for a walk for their daily exercise if that's okay with the client.

Charlie did a really good job with Cato. He was eager to take notes during our first meeting, and double checked most details I provided to ensure he provided the best care for Cato. His communication was very strong, especially when Cato ate something she shouldn’t have. If you need a sitter, I’d do it!

Marcela did a wonderful job walking Beau and following instructions as he's still a puppy and training to walk. There is another puppy she walks in the apartment, but although we offered that she could walk Beau together with that puppy, she stated that she preferred to give each dog individual attention, which we were surpised by and appreciated. She took a lot of photos and videos, and we'd gladly ask Marcela to walk Beau again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
