I currently work part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your puppies. I'm available for boarding, walks, or visits on weekends anytime and weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. I would be very happy to care for and spend time with your pets.

A typical day
I love keeping pets busy and entertained! Here are some fun activities I often do with the pets I care for, for example: Interactive play. I enjoy playing fetch, tug-of-war, or hide-and-seek with the dogs, as well as entertaining the cats with wand toys or laser pointers. Outdoor adventures. Taking the dogs for walks or hikes allows them to explore new smells and sights. I may also visit dog parks to socialize and play with other pups. Training sessions. Short positive reinforcement training sessions can be fun and beneficial. I work on basic commands or tricks, which helps strengthen our bond. Also, Cuddle and relax time. Not all activities have to be super energetic! I always make time for a cuddle, belly rub, or quiet time with pets who prefer a more relaxed approach. What I love most is showering pets with cuddles to bond and relax.

I have loved dogs since I was little, growing up with pets in my home and caring for, bathing, and feeding them. I have experience caring for senior pets. I had one pet live with me for 14 years and am well versed in the unique needs of senior pets, including special diets, medication administration, and gentle exercise routines to keep them comfortable and healthy. I also have a solid understanding of animal behavior and training techniques, which helps me handle both puppies and senior dogs effectively. I can assist with basic obedience training and socialization of puppies, making sure they develop good habits early on. On the other hand, open communication with pet owners, giving them updates and being responsive to any specific instructions or concerns, is very important.

Marcela did a wonderful job walking Beau and following instructions as he's still a puppy and training to walk. There is another puppy she walks in the apartment, but although we offered that she could walk Beau together with that puppy, she stated that she preferred to give each dog individual attention, which we were surpised by and appreciated. She took a lot of photos and videos, and we'd gladly ask Marcela to walk Beau again!
