About: I got my first family dog when I was 8, and caring for him sparked a long-standing love for dogs. Since then, I’ve helped take care of him and other dogs, gaining hands-on experience with their daily needs, training, and routines. I currently work 9-6PM ET, but can be there to take care of your dog any time after that, and any time on the weekends. I provide attentive and personalized care for pets, whether in my home or the client’s. This includes feeding according to their schedule and dietary needs, providing fresh water, giving daily walks and exercise, offering playtime and mental stimulation, and ensuring lots of love and attention. I also follow any specific instructions from the pet owner, monitor for health or behavior changes, and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment at all times.

About: I’ve taken care of big dogs and cats. I find it easy to connect and bond with animals. Me and my partner have a cat that stays at his place. Since I’m self-employed, I’m pretty much free any weekday at any time to take care of your furry friends! This includes morning, afternoon and nights. I would prefer to not care for pets in my home unless it’s a cat or small dog as my space wouldn’t be ideal for bigger dogs
About: $20 off your 1st rover service! https://www.rover.com/sit/chrisy67308 I have a German shepherd malinois which is also my first pet. I love him to death and take his health (mentally, physically, etc) seriously. I would do the same for yours! I have dog sat 3 dogs at once (including mine) for a few weeks before. My dog can acclimate to new dogs after a meet and greet. I can handle dogs with raw food diets and have baby gates in some rooms to separate dogs if they're not getting along! I have a back yard to run around in (not grass). I have time on the weekends and wfh. I have gated fences and rooms. I can watch dogs while I work. I can take them on walks in the afternoon. I can crate if needed (need to assemble - fits gsd). I can handle walking dogs up and down stairs (weight dependent). I will ask for permission before giving any "new" treats or meal items.
“Hemei did a great job taking care of our cat. She did everything we asked and was very communicative. We felt very comfortable being away with our cat in her care and would definitely book her again.”

About: I’m active and enjoying running/walking. I grew up with a dog in the house and took care of her until her last days. As she got older I still tried to enrich her but playing with her and training her on new commands. I work full time but I'm free on the weekends and home. Weekdays I can accommodate evenings if needed. Friday-Sunday is possible for me as well. When I’m taking care of dogs I like to spend most of my time with them and love play! I prefer to follow a routine and stick to it.
About: I've taken care of dogs, guinea pigs, and fish. I myself have a seven year old bichon who I take care of. I can take your fur babies on walks, a personal pet picnic, or even take them to a pet park so they can socialize with other pets. I am currently a full time teacher. So I am available after 2:30 and full time on weekends. To schedule care time, please give me two weeks notice. Thank you! I can take care of your dog in your own home. Of course, safety comes first, please leave me notes so that I will be aware of it.
“Dorothy was a fantastic sitter for our cats. She was communicative, professional and went above and beyond to take care of the cars during a snow storm. I’d recommend her highly!”

About: I had my own dog at the age 8 a pit bull mastiff who sadly passed away but in 2021 I got my dog pooka because someone wasn’t treating her right they were gunna put her down but I took her in and I also took care of 2 pitbulls American staffy and American pit bull it was the best experience I love taking all of them to the park so they can run and get out all that energy I don’t work currently so it would be very beneficial for me because I have a son who goes to school in the area I love the pups I see them all the time on my walks I would rather go to the pets home where they are comfortable so they won’t be so scared in a different environment and around new people

About: I’m currently in my second year of veterinary school at TuftsVet. I’ve had extensive animal experience as a result, including 500+ hours in a veterinary clinic. I’ve also worked full-time for a year at a veterinary pharmacy, and part-time as a kennel assistant at a dog and cat daycare where I mostly boarded, walked, and socialized with the dogs. I love animals, and want to give them the best care because that’s what they deserve! I unfortunately am only available until August, but my schedule over the summer is very flexible. The only day I am strictly unavailable are Sundays, but otherwise from 11am-7pm I am free. Check-ins will include checking their food/water, general status, and of course, playtime! Any instructions that the owner leaves will be followed and photos of the pet will be sent to the owner during check-ins.
“Christy was amazing with checking in on our cat Boo. My husband and I went on vacation for a week and we couldn’t take Boo with us. Usually when we go away we take him but this trip we couldn’t. Boo has to take a few different meds to take twice a day. Christy stepped up and took such great care of him. She sent us numerous photos and videos. She also checked in everyday, twice a day when she’d go over and take care of him. She spent time with Boo and played with him as well. Christy put us at such ease as far as how Boo is doing with us away. If we go away again and can’t take Boo we will definitely be reaching out to Christy again.”

About: I’ve spent over 23 years caring for animals and grew up around large, strong dog breeds like Cane Corsos and Pit Bulls. I’m comfortable and confident with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and I also have a deep love for cats and understand how different their needs can be. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level, whether that means long walks, quiet companionship, playtime, or simply being a calm presence. I keep spaces clean, calm, and predictable, and I respect both the pet’s boundaries and the owner’s preferences. I communicate clearly with pet parents and make sure pets are never rushed, overstimulated, or put in situations that feel unsafe.
“Ella was so great with my cat, Ollie! He instantly loved her and they played and cuddled together. He is normally shy with new people, so I credit her for being patient and slow with him. Would definitely recommend her services!”

Lily is the absolute best sitter! She is a warm and wonderful person and takes such good care of my 14 year old girl. I have total trust in her to take care of Bella when I’m not home and at work. She always shares the sweetest photos of Bella and goes above and beyond with taking care of her. She is a reliable, trustworthy, honest, good person. Cannot recommend Lily enough!

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
