House Sitting in Oakland Gardens

About: I got my first family dog when I was 8, and caring for him sparked a long-standing love for dogs. Since then, I’ve helped take care of him and other dogs, gaining hands-on experience with their daily needs, training, and routines. I currently work 9-6PM ET, but can be there to take care of your dog any time after that, and any time on the weekends. I provide attentive and personalized care for pets, whether in my home or the client’s. This includes feeding according to their schedule and dietary needs, providing fresh water, giving daily walks and exercise, offering playtime and mental stimulation, and ensuring lots of love and attention. I also follow any specific instructions from the pet owner, monitor for health or behavior changes, and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment at all times.

About: I’ve taken care of cats for about 7 years. Mostly for friends and family when they travel. I either keep them over night or can also do visits, depending on your preference . I have 2 cats my self shady (9) and Melvin (6). They’re the sweetest cats , they don’t bother , they’re friendly and just want love. I’ve owned a couple of dogs as well , I don’t mind taking them for a walk when needed. I have a hybrid schedule I work in office and also from home . My days varies and my schedule is very open . I do not work weekends . My house has a lot of windows for the cats to lay and sun bathe. We have a front garden that I usually let my cats out for 30 mins a day depending on the weather.

I am experienced in administering medications such as insulin injections, eye drops, syringe feeding, and oral medications, and I always follow feeding, potty, and care schedules closely to keep your pet comfortable and safe. In-home care is often a more gentle and less stressful alternative to vet boarding, allowing your pet to stay relaxed in a familiar environment. I focus on maintaining healthy routines with walks, playtime, mental stimulation, and high-quality treats, while always respecting any dietary needs or restrictions you provide. I also offer transportation, overnight or daytime care, late-night walks, and last-minute or emergency visits when needed. I am happy to meet you and your pet beforehand so we can build trust and ensure the best care possible.

My mom used to rescue dogs and I helped her take care of them. I have a 5 year old, very sweet and friendly Havanese dog and a 9 year old beautiful son. Taking care of them is my full time job. Therefore, your puppy will never be alone and will always be well cared for in my house. I have a large, fenced backyard with lots of space for your puppy to play, explore, be happy and safe. About: I have been a cat owner for over 8 years, super experienced with taking care of cats and love all of them with my heart. Also, I have walked my cousins golden noodle countless times, and he poops over three times on one walk! I personally don’t own a dog but I enjoy hanging out with anyone’s special loved dogs. I am currently working in a kids indoor playground part time. Aside from the days off, I also have availability anytime after 6pm every day. I will make sure to keep all places clean and clean up any mess if needed. Making sure the pet feels safe before engaging any activities with them.

About: I'm an incredibly active individual. I love to lift weights, practice martial arts, hike, and go on runs. This allows me to be an excellent fit for a dog whose energy levels are high. If you'd prefer for me to not just take your dog to the bathroom, but provide them a good amount of exercise as well, I'm a great fit! When I'm not taking care of dogs I work as a writer, director, and editor on films, social media videos, and commercials. If you've ever wanted any photos or videos of you and your four legged friend (or just them) I can provide high quality images/videos for you as well whether you want to just show off to your friends and family or just to have status updates on how your dog is doing. Because I work freelance my schedule tends to be flexible and allows me to set my own hours usually. I will work with you as best as I can to fit your needs within my schedule. I treat dogs very similarly to how I treat people. I show them a great deal of respect, empathy, and love. I do tend to spoil my own dog here and there, but I also try to love him as unconditionally as he does to me. A golden rule I try to follow is treat others the way you want to be treated. Another golden rule I try to follow is to see myself in others. I also apply these two golden rules to my encounters with pets and nature in general.
