About: Hello! My name is Gaby. I work a hybrid schedule, which gives me some flexibility to care for pets. I grew up with dogs, and I now have a dog of my own, Lucy. I love having the opportunity to pet sit and care for other pets through Rover. I started dog walking when I was in high school for a few families in the neighborhood that worked full-time and didn’t have the ability to care for their pets throughout the work day. I walked dogs, dropped in to feed cats, change litter boxes, and spend some quality time with pets while their owners were away. For the past four years, I have been the go-to pet sitter for four different families. The pets were various breeds, sizes, ages, and had various medical needs. I have experience caring for senior dogs and cats and am always happy to provide the extra care and attention that they need. I also have experience taking care of puppies and have been known to have a sixth sense for puppies that are up to no good! I prioritize keeping to the pet’s normal routine since I have found that it makes everyone’s life easier and most importantly ensures that the pets stay comfortable, happy, and healthy! I am happy to send daily written and picture updates to owners, if desired. I mostly do this for fun and for supplemental income in my free time. I am primarily looking for regular dog walking clients on Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday mornings, but I am also open to evening walks. I am happy to do weekend drop-ins at your home and am open to dog sitting on weekends as well. Feel free to reach out with any questions or requests. I am a quick responder to all communication. I can’t wait to meet you and your cutie pets! I currently work a hybrid schedule, so I have some flexibility to pet sit! I am in the office Tuesday-Thursday so I am unavailable those days. Usually before pet sitting, I like to talk to the owners in detail about their pet's daily routine, dos and don'ts for their pets, any special/medical needs, house rules, etc. to ensure that I am creating the best environment for them and their pets.

“Christy was amazing with checking in on our cat Boo. My husband and I went on vacation for a week and we couldn’t take Boo with us. Usually when we go away we take him but this trip we couldn’t. Boo has to take a few different meds to take twice a day. Christy stepped up and took such great care of him. She sent us numerous photos and videos. She also checked in everyday, twice a day when she’d go over and take care of him. She spent time with Boo and played with him as well. Christy put us at such ease as far as how Boo is doing with us away. If we go away again and can’t take Boo we will definitely be reaching out to Christy again.”

About: I have been able to take care of my cat for 5 years and he is still happy and healthy. I am hardworking and about to receive my GED. After school, I come home and finish mu homework and let my cat do it's normal behavior and when needed, I attend to him without issue. I have a fenced gate that my yard has meaning I can take my cat out for a walk and bring it back inside after it is done.

About: I am a responsible and reliable animal lover . I have had animals all my life and even worked with dogs and cat for 6 years at a rescue and adoption center. I love animals; i have 1 older cat and 2 dogs. My older dog Dino is about 10 years old and is a couch potato at this point in his life. My younger guy Reuben is about 6. He was rescued from Georgia from a kill shelter. I also have years of experience with reptiles and fish! I have 2 crested geckos, an electric blue crayfish and a turtle. I’ve also taken care all types of fish, bearded dragons and other lizards! I work locally so can come home or do home visits throughout the day for check ins! I am also available early morning and anytime after 5pm for drop ins and walks. At my house, we treat all pets like our own! I have a fenced yard so all pups will be safe. My dog is friendly and accepting of all dogs! I am also familiar with crate training so can accommodate that but me and my kids are also open to them sleeping with us at night :)

About: I’m an attentive sitter only with experience caring for my family’s brown dachshund, Snickers (yes like after the Snickers bar lol), over the past year. I may not have formal pet‑care training, but I have a natural ease with animals and a friendly, patient presence that helps them feel comfortable. I’m reliable, gentle, and committed to making your pet feel safe, happy, and well‑cared‑for. I currently work full-time Monday through Friday on a hybrid schedule. I can work around my work schedule and supplying care on the weekends and in the early afternoon and evenings during the weekdays. Although all options won’t be available at once every week, those would be my typical options. As far as pet care, of course there’s feeding, walking, playing and exercising, and general comfort of the pet. I will be willing to supply whatever needs specific to that pet given the instruction from the owner.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the past 5 years, including my family dog and family friends’. I love going on walks, bathing, and feeding dogs. I know some tricks to give them medicine if needed. I’m working part-time on Saturdays, so I have plenty of free time to dedicate to your fur baby throughout the week. I don’t have any time restraints, so feel free to rely on me. I know how to crate dogs, regardless of age, and have a lot of patience since I’ve babysat toddlers before too. I know not all dogs are the same and wait for them to approach first unless there’s an emergency.

I purchase toys and cat nip for playtime and stimulation. I administered prescribed ointment to my cat when he had an eye infection. I am comfortable administering meds to your pet with instructions from pet owner with reasonable accomodations.
