About: I’ve been caring for pets my whole life but really started about 5 years ago. When I was young I would help neighbors, friends, and family with their pets and loved it. From daily walks and feeding to baths and playtime, I treat every pet like my own. I’m experienced with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and I’m attentive to each pet’s individual needs. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I share my home with two friendly, well-socialized dogs (25 lbs and 40 lbs) who are both very gentle and get along well with other dogs and pets. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and comfort level so they can feel as relaxed as possible while you’re away. Whether your dog enjoys socializing, playing, going for walks, or simply having a quiet place to relax, I adjust my care to meet their individual needs. Safety is extremely important to me, and all pets are closely supervised. About: Hello! My name is Julissa. I have so much love for all pets and animals. Growing up, i’ve always had a dog in the house, and they were always such an important member of our family. It’s been about five years since I’ve had a dog of my own. My last dog’s name was Sasha. We adopted her when she was six and had her until she was about thirteen. She was so smart, loving, and anxious when we first got her so our first few years together were spent establishing trust. Eventually we managed to off-leash train and we worked a lot on her recall so that we could enjoy longer walks and outdoor activities while ensuring that she always felt safe in her environment. At home we set her bed up in the kitchen, where we would pass our time cooking and spending a lot of quality time together. I had so many good years with my Sasha, and since she passed I have genuinely missed spending time with animals on a consistent basis. Since then, most if not all of my friends and family have entrusted me with taking care of their animals when they are busy or traveling, so I’ve had a lot of experience with many different pets and their varying needs/personalities. I work freelance as an artist. I am a musician, so I often stay at home practicing or composing. However most of my work is in the film industry, and this work ranges from smaller independent projects to network television. Although I do work on set sometimes, I try to take on as many post-production gigs as possible, so I often find myself sitting behind a desk all day. I have always made it a priority to work in a field that I am passionate about, and my decision to work with Rover has been no different. Caring for animals is not only something I am passionate about, but also a wonderful opportunity to go on walks and spend quality time with pets. I will always be very clear about any changes in my work schedule if those are to arise, but my reliability and dedication never wavers I have a fenced in yard and plenty of spaces in the house for your pet to wander and feel comfortable. I am also very trust worthy, organized, communicative, and extremely eager to work with you!

About: I'm an incredibly active individual. I love to lift weights, practice martial arts, hike, and go on runs. This allows me to be an excellent fit for a dog whose energy levels are high. If you'd prefer for me to not just take your dog to the bathroom, but provide them a good amount of exercise as well, I'm a great fit! When I'm not taking care of dogs I work as a writer, director, and editor on films, social media videos, and commercials. If you've ever wanted any photos or videos of you and your four legged friend (or just them) I can provide high quality images/videos for you as well whether you want to just show off to your friends and family or just to have status updates on how your dog is doing. Because I work freelance my schedule tends to be flexible and allows me to set my own hours usually. I will work with you as best as I can to fit your needs within my schedule. I treat dogs very similarly to how I treat people. I show them a great deal of respect, empathy, and love. I do tend to spoil my own dog here and there, but I also try to love him as unconditionally as he does to me. A golden rule I try to follow is treat others the way you want to be treated. Another golden rule I try to follow is to see myself in others. I also apply these two golden rules to my encounters with pets and nature in general.
