I was nervous about leaving my shy anxious cat at home while traveling. But Jen really took good care of my cat. She got him to come out of his shell. And Now he loves her! She's really responsible ,clean, punctual and great with communication. She did everything I asked and more. She was interactive with him. She sent me photos of him everyday and a summary of what he did.I would definitely rebook with her!
Since we have four very social cats, an in-home sitter is a must for us when we're out of the country. We were so glad Jen-Hsuan, being a true cat enthusiast, could step in. She showed so much patience, allowing our cats to get comfortable with her at their own pace and actively working to connect with them. Every day we were away, Jennifer sent us on-time messages and photos, and it was clear our cats were incredibly happy with her. Returning home to find all our cats just as content and healthy, and our house perfectly tidy, was wonderful. A huge thank you to Jen-Hsuan for all her help, she made our time away completely stress-free!
Leaving our cars is always tough, but knowing Jen Hsuan is caring for them gives us complete peace of mind. She is consistently punctual, and follows all our care instructions.
