About: I’ve taken care of cats for about 7 years. Mostly for friends and family when they travel. I either keep them over night or can also do visits, depending on your preference . I have 2 cats my self shady (9) and Melvin (6). They’re the sweetest cats , they don’t bother , they’re friendly and just want love. I’ve owned a couple of dogs as well , I don’t mind taking them for a walk when needed. I have a hybrid schedule I work in office and also from home . My days varies and my schedule is very open . I do not work weekends . My house has a lot of windows for the cats to lay and sun bathe. We have a front garden that I usually let my cats out for 30 mins a day depending on the weather.

About: I got my first family dog when I was 8, and caring for him sparked a long-standing love for dogs. Since then, I’ve helped take care of him and other dogs, gaining hands-on experience with their daily needs, training, and routines. I currently work 9-6PM ET, but can be there to take care of your dog any time after that, and any time on the weekends. I provide attentive and personalized care for pets, whether in my home or the client’s. This includes feeding according to their schedule and dietary needs, providing fresh water, giving daily walks and exercise, offering playtime and mental stimulation, and ensuring lots of love and attention. I also follow any specific instructions from the pet owner, monitor for health or behavior changes, and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment at all times.

About: Hello! My name is Julissa. I have so much love for all pets and animals. Growing up, i’ve always had a dog in the house, and they were always such an important member of our family. It’s been about five years since I’ve had a dog of my own. My last dog’s name was Sasha. We adopted her when she was six and had her until she was about thirteen. She was so smart, loving, and anxious when we first got her so our first few years together were spent establishing trust. Eventually we managed to off-leash train and we worked a lot on her recall so that we could enjoy longer walks and outdoor activities while ensuring that she always felt safe in her environment. At home we set her bed up in the kitchen, where we would pass our time cooking and spending a lot of quality time together. I had so many good years with my Sasha, and since she passed I have genuinely missed spending time with animals on a consistent basis. Since then, most if not all of my friends and family have entrusted me with taking care of their animals when they are busy or traveling, so I’ve had a lot of experience with many different pets and their varying needs/personalities. I work freelance as an artist. I am a musician, so I often stay at home practicing or composing. However most of my work is in the film industry, and this work ranges from smaller independent projects to network television. Although I do work on set sometimes, I try to take on as many post-production gigs as possible, so I often find myself sitting behind a desk all day. I have always made it a priority to work in a field that I am passionate about, and my decision to work with Rover has been no different. Caring for animals is not only something I am passionate about, but also a wonderful opportunity to go on walks and spend quality time with pets. I will always be very clear about any changes in my work schedule if those are to arise, but my reliability and dedication never wavers I have a fenced in yard and plenty of spaces in the house for your pet to wander and feel comfortable. About: I’m active and enjoying running/walking. I grew up with a dog in the house and took care of her until her last days. As she got older I still tried to enrich her but playing with her and training her on new commands. I work full time but I'm free on the weekends and home. Weekdays I can accommodate evenings if needed. Friday-Sunday is possible for me as well. When I’m taking care of dogs I like to spend most of my time with them and love play! About: ***LOCATED IN BAYSIDE,QUEENS*** Hi there! I love all fur babies and welcome them with open arms. I’m a firm believer that while small moments with our pets may seem minuscule to us, they are everything to them— so let’s make it count! I grew up with a cocker spaniel and recently lost my rescue pup to cancer. Due to her long treatment regimen, I feel comfortable administering oral medications. She was a jack russell mixed with a dachshund so you know training was a handful! She suffered from some separation anxiety that we trained through so I have experience with this challenge (pandemic puppies am I right?) But we still had the best time. We explored parks, she sniffed the fun smells of NY, we snuggled on the couch and played fetch every evening. Whatever your pet is into, I’m up for! I work remotely in a dog-friendly building. My job is very flexible when it comes to hours so I can do my best to accommodate nearly every reasonable scenario depending on my meeting times for that given day. However, please no bookings after 7:30pm. In terms of supplies, I do ask pawrents to please bring any necessary food, crates, toys, meds, blankets, etc. I prefer to not cross-contaminate supplies for the health and safety of all pets. All feeding times/walking schedules will be up to the discretion of the pawrent— you know your pet best! I also have pee-pads available for those puppers who are not yet fully potty trained. Lastly, my home layout is quite pet friendly. I keep bedroom and bathroom doors closed since they are out of my line of sight when I work and the kitchen/living room is an open concept. For smaller pets, I can gate away a certain area if pawrents prefer.

About: I'm an incredibly active individual. I love to lift weights, practice martial arts, hike, and go on runs. This allows me to be an excellent fit for a dog whose energy levels are high. If you'd prefer for me to not just take your dog to the bathroom, but provide them a good amount of exercise as well, I'm a great fit! When I'm not taking care of dogs I work as a writer, director, and editor on films, social media videos, and commercials. If you've ever wanted any photos or videos of you and your four legged friend (or just them) I can provide high quality images/videos for you as well whether you want to just show off to your friends and family or just to have status updates on how your dog is doing. Because I work freelance my schedule tends to be flexible and allows me to set my own hours usually. I will work with you as best as I can to fit your needs within my schedule. I treat dogs very similarly to how I treat people. I show them a great deal of respect, empathy, and love. I do tend to spoil my own dog here and there, but I also try to love him as unconditionally as he does to me. A golden rule I try to follow is treat others the way you want to be treated. Another golden rule I try to follow is to see myself in others. I also apply these two golden rules to my encounters with pets and nature in general.
