About: Hello! My name is Julissa. I have so much love for all pets and animals. Growing up, i’ve always had a dog in the house, and they were always such an important member of our family. It’s been about five years since I’ve had a dog of my own. My last dog’s name was Sasha. We adopted her when she was six and had her until she was about thirteen. She was so smart, loving, and anxious when we first got her so our first few years together were spent establishing trust. Eventually we managed to off-leash train and we worked a lot on her recall so that we could enjoy longer walks and outdoor activities while ensuring that she always felt safe in her environment. At home we set her bed up in the kitchen, where we would pass our time cooking and spending a lot of quality time together. I had so many good years with my Sasha, and since she passed I have genuinely missed spending time with animals on a consistent basis. Since then, most if not all of my friends and family have entrusted me with taking care of their animals when they are busy or traveling, so I’ve had a lot of experience with many different pets and their varying needs/personalities. I work freelance as an artist. I am a musician, so I often stay at home practicing or composing. However most of my work is in the film industry, and this work ranges from smaller independent projects to network television. Although I do work on set sometimes, I try to take on as many post-production gigs as possible, so I often find myself sitting behind a desk all day. I have always made it a priority to work in a field that I am passionate about, and my decision to work with Rover has been no different. Caring for animals is not only something I am passionate about, but also a wonderful opportunity to go on walks and spend quality time with pets. I will always be very clear about any changes in my work schedule if those are to arise, but my reliability and dedication never wavers I have a fenced in yard and plenty of spaces in the house for your pet to wander and feel comfortable. I am also very trust worthy, organized, communicative, and extremely eager to work with you!

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats- near and far- for a while now. I have experience with all kinds of dogs and cats- breeds and size combined. I am available for dog walking/sitting any time before 9 AM and after 5 PM on weekdays and any time on weekends! Just let me know a little in advanced and I will do my best to accommodate you. I have a fenced in backyard, as well as a pen for my puppy to keep him safe and happy. He enjoys running around outside in the backyard and I know he will be safe because it is fenced in.

About: I have done dog walking on and off growing up during highschool through my college years! Then about 7 years ago i adopted a little Bengal kitten which also expanded my experience. I have also for the last 10 years and continuing did petsitting for my inlaws birds whenever they are away. Currently working part time and also am a part time student. However i am available to walk your furbabies Monday through Friday from 11:30-3pm I can help feed, walk and play with your furbaby! I can give cuddles, company and give some relaxing brushes. Ofcourse all furbabies i work with are paid in full with extra cuddles, lovins and any treats the parents allow!

About: I am a animal lover who has cared for many different animals over my lifetime. From a young age I have owned dogs, cats, birds, and many more! About: Hi! I’m a full time patient service representative at a PT office soon to be reattending school. I’m looking to make some extra money to help save up for school as well during school to keep me afloat. Most importantly meeting new dogs. I have loved dogs since I was little and I have one of my own. He’s a 3 yr old Rottweiler mix named Montu. Previously I had a small morkie mix who unfortunately passed a few years back. I have tons of experience with dogs from my own to my friends and families. I have dog sitted at my home for my mom’s morkie. I love meeting new dogs and seeing each of their different personalities. I also understand how hard it can be to get their daily walks in when you work full time so I would love to help others feel at ease. I hope I can have the pleasure of meeting your dog! I work full time currently but I get out early 3 days out of the week and I’m off on the weekends so I can always find time I have experience with anything as I’ve had my own. If needed to give medications, walk, crate I am able to do it all.

About: I have been taking care of animals my entire life. I have always had cats and grew up with a dog, and I have adopted formerly feral cats as well as orphaned kittens and puppies, and I have fostered special needs animals. I lived on a small farm starting from the age of 5, so I have experience with various types of animals and love them all. I have taken care of puppies and kittens as well as older pets. I've always been told that I'm great with animals and wanted to go into animal care from a young age. I started my own petsitting business in 2023 and have loved getting to know so many different animals. I recently moved to New York and am excited to get know even more pets here! I have plenty of time during the day to spend time with your animals and give them all the care they need. I have open availability most days. I always want my clients to have peace of mind while they're away and treat all pets like they're my own. I'm always careful to follow instructions on how to best care for the pets, and my priority is always to keep them safe and happy. I don't board animals in my home, since I have a formerly feral cat who is easily scared.

About: I currently have a 7-year-old boxer/terrier mix named Kona, so I understand the daily needs, routines, and personalities that make each dog unique. I’ve also cared for strays in the past, making sure they were safe and well fed. I’ll treat your pet with the same attention and love I give my own. I’m in college Monday through Thursday mornings. This gives me plenty of free afternoons and daytime availability to care for pets and make sure they get the attention they need. I will ensure the dog(s) stay within their fenced area, ensure they're fed and their environment is clean and tidy. I will also ensure they get a good walk within the time limit set

About: I grew up in a very dog friendly neighborhood, and owned/cared for a dog since I was in kindergarten. I am very passionate about animals and love going for walks-so dog sitting is the perfect position for me. I am taking a physics class at Georgetown University, so I am free after 1 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and after 12 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will be very gentle and loving, take the dogs for walks if their health permits, and play in the yard with them. I believe in an active care routine with lots of walking, playing, and running, of course supplemented by by food and water! (as long as the pet is healthy enough to participate).

About: I have a love for pets of all kinds and have been taking care of dogs and cats of friends and family for five years now. I have experiences with pets of all ages and levels of care required. I have basic knowledge of animal behavior and am capable to understand your pets and make sure they remain happy and healthy while in my care. I’m able to pet sit during the day Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. I am available evenings in Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. I am also open to long stays if needed. About: I'm a retired New York City public school educator of 33 years. I've been around pets all my life. I've been a pet owner since 2016 and pets literally save lives! Right now I'm retired and I literally can come and go as I please.I do have an official part-time position, but I am not on the schedule every day. I have a fenced in yard. I have screens on my windows. I have cat toys and pet beds everywhere. Stainless steel water fountains, a very dog friendly canine. King Charles cavalier very mild-mannered. I have one adult cat and 2 kittens.
