I had an overnight cat sitting service with them for a 7 nights and they sent me daily photos and videos and made sure to keep me updated! They also brought so many toys, a cat tree, and cat hideaway spots for my cat. “I can’t believe I’m writing this review so late! I was traveling for a lot of August and I was able to come across Iona’s boarding services when a last minute trip change occurred. I met with her and her husband the day prior to drop off for a temperament test , which my social boy did well on. The next day I dropped him off and I really really appreciated the pictures posted and sent to me and the quick communication!! That was one of my biggest things, I really really appreciated that. So much so that I am currently about to book another boarding service haha: if your baby feels comfortable around other dogs and enjoys play, this will be like summer camp haha Thank you for your flexibility with airline issues and again just the reassurance and communication. Hopefully Ollie will be back soon !!”

The retractable leash I provided broke on one of her walks and without hesitation she went out to get another leash for future walks. I really appreciated them taking the time to do that. While we were away, they sent plenty of photos and updates, so we always knew how Leia was doing. They were easy to communicate with, reliable, and we felt completely comfortable leaving Leia in their care. We’d happily book with them again and definitely recommend them.
Grace is a thoughtful sitter. I felt safe to have left my fur buddy with her for a longer stay. During that stay my pet got sick and Grace was fully involved and did everything necessary to get the care it needed. She was also proactively communicating thought the emergency. Tanu is great! She took good care of our 6 year old Ace for a day. She loves your pet like it’s her own. Ace is picky with his eating habits and spoiled I should say, but she was very concerned when he skipped his meal. She followed all our instructions and sent us pictures of Ace more often than we expected. He was very happy at her place. Another great vacation for Frodo with Britany - she’s the best! She sent daily photos and videos without me even having to ask, and I never worried about Frodo during his stay. He looked like he was having the best time, and I honestly don’t think he wanted to leave when we picked him up! We can’t wait for Frodo to stay with her again in the future.
We felt very comfortable leaving our puppy with Shan. Her and her family clearly love dogs and sent us many pictures and videos throughout the stay. Our puppy seemed well adjusted when we picked him back up! We plan to have our puppy stay with Shan again when we need a sitter for our fur baby.
