This time, Nene had a small rash on her back left leg that required the application of topical ointment twice daily. Jonisha and her family not only assured us they would handle it but went above and beyond by putting a soft cone on Nene to prevent her from licking the hot spot. Their attentiveness and care truly exceeded our expectations. As usual, Jonisha and her family kept us updated with lots of videos and pictures. It warmed my heart to see how well-cared-for and at ease Nene and Scrappy were. They fit right in with Jonisha’s family and her two dogs. The videos showed them outside, romping around and active, while the pictures captured them snuggling and resting together, as well as with Jonisha and her family members. Knowing that they were so loved and happy gave me immense comfort. Once again, Jonisha and her family delivered exceptional care. We couldn’t be happier with them and wouldn’t dream of entrusting Nene and Scrappy to anyone else. “If you’re looking for someone who will give your fur baby a lot of attention and care you want to hire John. John was just amazing! I was very worried about my babies and actually considered cancelling my vacation. Thank goodness I found John. I really felt like I hired a team of compassionate, attentive and extremely qualified people. His Mom is a pet trainer and I could immediately see she would be fantastic and intended to care for my cats as well. She also gave me some excellent advice to make transporting my cats easier. I received updates and pics every day. My younger cat, Shay Shay, can be difficult because she’s so shy around new people. But John hung in there and gently engaged with her and she ultimately started playing with him. Five days is not a lot of time so that was HUGE. A great friend of mine is excellent with cats. She volunteers at a shelter and regularly fosters. It took several visits for Shay Shay to stop hiding from her. ??? She is the best. My dog loves her so much, and he was very happy. Within a few hours, he had a bond with her and with the other dog that was in the house at that time. I have never seen my dog as happy as he is at this time with Marcelina. She always communicates, and she always sends pictures and videos.
