“Tanu and her family are amazing! I have an older dog and she treated him so very kindly. I received photos and updates as to how his stay was going. I would highly recommend Tanu and without hesitation use her again.”

“Alissa and her fiancé are very sweet & kind. Such a welcoming & safe home. They were very attentive to my dog’s needs and even with other pups that were there, they made sure mine were taken care of properly. She has a great set up to separate any feedings, go out at any time if needed. They were happy overall! I will definitely have them watch them again in the future!”

“I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Shirley for the weekend. He has separation anxiety and she was accommodating towards his needs to ensure he had a stress free stay with her. I appreciate how she was flexible with my drop off and pick up times. Would definitely hire her again!”

“Victoria was a wonderful dog sitter! We were nervous boarding our dog for 10 days, but Victoria was so great with our dog, sending regular updates and even hand feeding him when he was nervous. Thank you for taking such great care of our pup!”

“If you want your pup to feel like they're at a home away from home - book with Tina. She and her family (two young children who will entertain your dog endlessly) will provide a loving environment with lots of play and attention. I boarded my 7 year old pit mix for several days and he felt right at home immediately. Tina was great sharing photos and videos of Lincoln playing in the fenced in back and taking lots of walks (I think he thought twice about coming back home :)). So happy I found her.”

“The best sitter to book with! Xiaoying and her family are excellent and truly the sweetest! I had an overnight cat sitting service with them for a 7 nights and they sent me daily photos and videos and made sure to keep me updated! They also brought so many toys, a cat tree, and cat hideaway spots for my cat. My cat Lucki didn’t want to leave he really liked it there and it’s like his second home now😊 will definitely be rebooking with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter or boarding service! ❤️”

“My pug Charlie had another wonderful time with Abbie and Peachy. Charlie feels really safe with Abbie even though she is a little anxious and Peachy is a great friend that helps Charlie to stay active and socialized especially in this cold weather. Outstanding hosts!”

About: 💠 Hello! I offer pet care for when you’re not able to be there. I am available for drop-in visits, pet sitting, pet daycare, and also pet walking (even for cats!). 🚙 I currently provide pet care services for most of the Nassau County area and some parts of Nassau-Queens border. I am also able to travel to Manhattan with added transportation coverage. I am local: Repeat services booked with me receive special accommodations & rates. 🌃 Messages that are sent after hours on Rover may be responded to on the following day. 🔹 I’m experienced with small breeds, or toy breeds, specifically Pomeranians, been around them all my life, including newborns and senior dogs who were raised starting as puppies. 🔹 Experienced with docile cat breeds, in particular Persian, Himalayan, Ragdoll, Maine Coon and other related cat breeds. 🔹 Have experience with Goldfish, Bettas and birds such as Budgies, so knowledgeable about care. 🐾 I’m intuitive and pay attention to picking up the different ways a dog or cat expresses nonverbal communication, they constantly give us cues. About Me: I own a color-point Persian cat who is 7 years old that I enjoy spoiling. I can speak Italian, enjoy gardening, art, sewing, yoga, tennis & pilates. I’m a fan of the original Twilight movie directed by Catherine Hardwicke. 🐾 I’m currently providing pet care for a King Charles Cavalier who has mobility issues and dietary restrictions, but he is such a big mush! I am also caring for a special needs 4 month old kitten who needs to be syringe-fed, given both topical & oral medication on schedule, along with helping her with using a litter box. In addition to assisting with care of a (palm-sized) rescue kitten who is less than one month old needing to be bottle fed every few hours, given antibiotic medication for her eyes and frequent cleaning with wet wipes, due to being too young to know how to use a litter box. I have found it to be extremely rewarding and willing to look after a few more furbabies within my local area. 🔹 I’m trustworthy and reliable, I would always practice good manners. Respectful of privacy when I’m in a client’s home. I make sure that when I’m with your pet, safety is an upmost priority.

“I can’t say enough good things about V! It’s always hard leaving Bluey behind, but they made it so much easier by sending regular updates and photos. My dog was clearly happy, well-cared for, and relaxed when I got home. Highly recommend!”

“Britany is great! She sent picture updates and let us know how Goose was doing while we were away. She cared about learning his routine and any concerns we had. Our dog came back exhausted (in the best way). Definitely will book with her again, could not have had a better experience!”

“Xavier was a very good sitter. He gives us updates everyday. He also sends videos and pictures all the time which we greatly appreciate. We will surely book with him again on our future needs.”

“Melissa and family were great with Max. Melissa sent us daily photos and updates about Max. Max spent a total of 6 days and he seemed to do great with them. I felt comfortable leaving Max there and would not hesitate to have Max stay with Melissa again.”

“Julia was terrific! She and Bailey hit it off right away. Got a bunch of pics with Bailey out for a walk, playing with toys and a restful night sleep. Will use Julia again!”

“I'm really happy with the way Vanessa took care of Blaze while I was away, and he especially enjoyed being there and playing with her dog Storm. She kept me updated on his daily activities and was an excellent care giver. Will absolutely book again with Vanessa!”

“Michael is AMAZING! He took great care of my puppy and gave me updates throughout the day. My pup came back very happy. He enjoyed his time with Michael. We will definitely work with him again.”

“This was a wonderful experience! Being our first time leaving our dogs, Rocky and Brooklyn with a sitter. Prior to the actual boarding days, Grace suggested a “meet & greet” in order to have the dogs become familiar with her as well as the home environment. This respectful and humane approach to transition Rocky and Brooklyn allowed for them to build a rapport with her. Throughout ALL our interaction, Grace is truly a professional, knowledgeable, and loving dog sitter. During Rocky and Brooklyn’s stay at Grace’s home, we received daily pictures and updates about their well being. She was very interactive and playful with the doggies giving us great peace of mind. Grace’s home but particularly her yard was a little doggie oasis where they could run, jump, and climb. We will Definitely be using your services again!! Thanks Grace.. ❤️Maria, Rocky and Brooklyn”

We had a wonderful first stay boarding our senior dog with Von Marie! We did a meet and greet at a nearby park and she took a long of time and attention to really know our dog's preferences and schedule. She sent us frequent updates and photos. Our pup had some tummy upset while at her house but she was communicative and put us at ease while we were away. We will be using her again later this summer and know our pup is in caring hands!

I was in need of a last minute dog sitter because I was going out of town -- I read Marcelina's profile and felt she would be a good fit, I messaged her and got a reply almost instantly! We did a meet and greet prior to her sitting my 2 dogs, and all I can say is WOW-- she was perfect! Marcelina is warm, loving, intentional and overall a wonderful person. My dogs took a liking to her immediately. I felt no worries leaving town, I knew they were in good hands. During my leave, she updated me with photos and videos of their adventures-- she of course spoiled them with a good time :) I will be using Marcelina in the future. I cannot recommend her enough if you need someone to care for your animals.

Another great vacation for Frodo with Britany - she’s the best! She sent daily photos and videos without me even having to ask, and I never worried about Frodo during his stay. He looked like he was having the best time, and I honestly don’t think he wanted to leave when we picked him up! We can’t wait for Frodo to stay with her again in the future.

I had a great experience with Tina! She took the time to meet Summer on short notice before taking care of her. She sent pictures and updates twice a day and I could tell Summer had a great time. She also has a fenced backyard where Summer enjoyed playing fetch and getting her zoomies out. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.

I have never left my pup with a non-family member before and all I can say is - I am so happy that we found Jack! From the very first meet and greet and throughout the stay, Jack was communicative and kind. He sent me plenty of updates which helped ease any nervousness I had. My pup was also struggling with sensitive paws and Jack kept an eye on it and gave me some tips. Thanks again to Jack. My pup had such a great time staying with him!
