Hello New Hyde Park! I’m so excited to be here! Born and raised in Queens, I’ve officially moved to New Hyde Park and can’t wait to bring my dog-loving energy to the neighborhood! I’ve been working with dogs since 2007—starting at a veterinary office, alongside vets for over a decade, soaking up everything from medical care to behavior (and even a bit of grooming!). In 2014, a last-minute dog-sitting gig turned into my full-time dream job—and I’ve never looked back! After taking a little break from Rover (thanks to amazing word-of-mouth referrals), I’m now looking to connect with local pups and their parents right here in town! Here’s what you get with me: Full-time, loving, experienced dog sitter All ages, sizes & medical needs welcome (just no Huskies—so sorry!) Rescue dog pro—tons of experience Fully fenced yard for safe play & sunbathing Daily pics and videos—because who doesn’t love pup updates? Drop-off/pick-up available for a fee Medication administration if needed I like to think of myself as the fun aunt—your pup will be safe, loved, and have a blast while you’re away! Britany is fabulous! She send me lots of videos and pictures. I would without a doubt book her again! Highly recommend, my dogs love her!
Kumo had the best time! Britany sent us daily videos and photos of our dog and let us know how he was doing. Kumo had a blast and made a new furry friend while he was there too!
I can’t say enough about Britany!! She is truly a “dog whisperer”! My dog Scrappy is an extremely reactive dog to other dogs. The four days that I left Scrappy with Britany Scrappy was so calm and happy with her other doggy playmates. It was amazing and made me so happy. Britany’s communication with me throughout the stay was incredible. Not only did I get messages but videos of Scrappy as well without even asking Britany to do so. Britany treated my baby like it was her own. I never worried once. I would recommend Britany 1000%
I had a great experience booking with Britany to watch my dog, Winnie, for the weekend! Winnie is nervous in new places and it was such a relief to know that she was in patient and caring hands with Britany. I appreciated her regular updates and flexibility with drop off/pick-up times. I’m sorry, I don’t offer dog sitting at your home. However, I have made my space as dog-safe and comfortable as possible to ensure your pup feels right at home!
A typical day
I have a fully fenced, dog-safe backyard where we spend lots of time playing on nice days—with toys, balls, and plenty of snacks. We go on regular walks, and on rainy days, we snuggle up and watch TV together.

Is your dog friendly with other dogs? 3. Is your dog comfortable around children? 4. Is your dog spayed or neutered? 5. Does your dog ever hump other dogs during play or interactions? 6. Are there any specific quirks or behaviors I should know about? (For example: chewing furniture, not fully trained, sensitive areas they don’t like being touched, etc.) 7. Does your dog experience separation anxiety? If so, how does it typically show up? 8. Do you allow your dog on the couch or bed? I like to keep consistent with your house rules! 9. Can you please write down your dog’s current daily routine? (Meal times, walk schedule, bedtime, etc.) This helps me keep things familiar and comfortable for them while you’re away. Thanks so much!
