“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Lu was wonderful with Buddy. You can tell he was very happy during his time at their house. I received new pictures each day. The property is large and beautiful. I had to originally planned for a 5 day stay, but had to extend for more time right before scheduled pick up and Lu was very accommodating and flexible. All communication was prompt, straightforward, and easy. I really could not have wished for a better outcome.
Lisa took such amazing care of Ruffles while we were away for 3 weeks. She sent daily updates with photos and videos that really put our minds at ease while we were miles away. We will absolutely be using Lisa again for our future needs and highly recommend her for your fur babies!
Tanu is great! She took good care of our 6 year old Ace for a day. She loves your pet like it’s her own. Ace is picky with his eating habits and spoiled I should say, but she was very concerned when he skipped his meal. She followed all our instructions and sent us pictures of Ace more often than we expected. He was very happy at her place. I had a great experience with Tina! She took the time to meet Summer on short notice before taking care of her. She sent pictures and updates twice a day and I could tell Summer had a great time. She also has a fenced backyard where Summer enjoyed playing fetch and getting her zoomies out. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.
I have never left my pup with a non-family member before and all I can say is - I am so happy that we found Jack! From the very first meet and greet and throughout the stay, Jack was communicative and kind. He sent me plenty of updates which helped ease any nervousness I had. My pup was also struggling with sensitive paws and Jack kept an eye on it and gave me some tips. Thanks again to Jack. My pup had such a great time staying with him!
