“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

I was a bit nervous because it was going to be my first time leaving Prince overnight with other dogs. I didn’t know what to expect. But they were so reassuring and very clearly so good with all types of dogs. Prince is 1.25 years old and they gave me good insight and advice about his behavior. Very communicative through the whole week. And Prince did so well with the company and had a great time!! He was surrounded by love, cuddles, and attention. “I would like to start by saying, in general I am a skeptical person who does not trust people with my dog because like others, my dog is my child. With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship. Her care for my 1 year old Yorkie who has terrible separation anxiety was incredible. Dilania kept me informed and sent me videos of Cooper. When I picked Cooper up the next day he did not want to leave. Dilania has 2 dogs that loved to play with Cooper and Cooper loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend Dilania to anyone and I will definitely be using her again!
