“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

Plus, a loving family member is always home for extra company! I create a calm, loving environment with lots of play, cuddles, and routine. Whether in my home or yours, I follow your pet’s schedule to keep them happy and comfortable. Available for meet and greet by Mary Jane Davies park prior to pet boarding. As a personal preference, we don’t do meet & greets in the home and don’t take more than one dog (unless it’s from the same family, 2 max). Big on sending updates and pictures.
“I had an amazing experience having Denis and his wife to watch my cat Fifi for a few days! They were able to confirm to watch my cat, given the short notice and on a holiday weekend. I was sent plenty pictures and videos throughout her stay and I was shocked to see how quickly Fifi adjusted to her new environment. I was happy hearing how well she was doing, and seeing her be herself. She had earned their trust pretty quickly on. They really took the time to care for my angel 😌 I could see how much passion, care and attention they have for animals and they treated Fifi as if she was theirs. 🥲 I was worry-free most of the time, knowing she was having a blast with her new friends ☺️ I was able to get alot done while they took Fifi off my hands. My cat will definitely miss being there with them. I am so glad I booked and I absolutely trust them with her again. I highly recommend them looking after your pet! 😊”

She regularly sent pics and videos throughout the day and by day two, my nervous girl looked completely relaxed! “I was in need of a last minute dog sitter because I was going out of town -- I read Marcelina's profile and felt she would be a good fit, I messaged her and got a reply almost instantly! We did a meet and greet prior to her sitting my 2 dogs, and all I can say is WOW-- she was perfect! Marcelina is warm, loving, intentional and overall a wonderful person. My dogs took a liking to her immediately. I felt no worries leaving town, I knew they were in good hands. During my leave, she updated me with photos and videos of their adventures-- she of course spoiled them with a good time :) I will be using Marcelina in the future. I was a bit nervous because it was going to be my first time leaving Prince overnight with other dogs. I didn’t know what to expect. But they were so reassuring and very clearly so good with all types of dogs. Prince is 1.25 years old and they gave me good insight and advice about his behavior. Very communicative through the whole week. And Prince did so well with the company and had a great time!! He was surrounded by love, cuddles, and attention. “I would like to start by saying, in general I am a skeptical person who does not trust people with my dog because like others, my dog is my child. With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship. I had a great experience with Tina! She took the time to meet Summer on short notice before taking care of her. She sent pictures and updates twice a day and I could tell Summer had a great time.
