I was very worried about my babies and actually considered cancelling my vacation. Thank goodness I found John. I really felt like I hired a team of compassionate, attentive and extremely qualified people. His Mom is a pet trainer and I could immediately see she would be fantastic and intended to care for my cats as well. She also gave me some excellent advice to make transporting my cats easier. I received updates and pics every day. My younger cat, Shay Shay, can be difficult because she’s so shy around new people. But John hung in there and gently engaged with her and she ultimately started playing with him. Five days is not a lot of time so that was HUGE. A great friend of mine is excellent with cats. She volunteers at a shelter and regularly fosters. It took several visits for Shay Shay to stop hiding from her. ??? Since they already do his drop-ins, they know his routine and quirks, and they handled his eye drops and meds, so we could actually enjoy our trip. Tank is a rescue with separation anxiety, and it meant a lot that he was with people he already knows and trusts. They kept us updated with photos. We'll definitely book them again.
She is the best. My dog loves her so much, and he was very happy. Within a few hours, he had a bond with her and with the other dog that was in the house at that time. I have never seen my dog as happy as he is at this time with Marcelina. She always communicates, and she always sends pictures and videos. This makes me comfortable, and everybody in the family actually is happy about that. I will use her again and again, and it's a pleasure knowing her. I had a great experience with Tina! She took the time to meet Summer on short notice before taking care of her. She sent pictures and updates twice a day and I could tell Summer had a great time. She also has a fenced backyard where Summer enjoyed playing fetch and getting her zoomies out. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.
