Nicolette is the absolute best! We were really nervous to leave our dog Melo with someone new for the first time and we couldn’t have been more happy to have found Nicolette. Dilania went above and beyond. I had a last minute appointment and with only 3 day notice Dilania was able to accommodate me. Her care for my 1 year old Yorkie who has terrible separation anxiety was incredible. Dilania kept me informed and sent me videos of Cooper. When I picked Cooper up the next day he did not want to leave. Dilania has 2 dogs that loved to play with Cooper and Cooper loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend Dilania to anyone and I will definitely be using her again!
Kate was outstanding from start to finish. She made us feel comfortable with leaving our dog with her and went above and beyond to take care of him. She had her own space separate from other animals she has and stayed there with our dog the entire time. Kate sent us daily updates and made sure he was safe and well taken care of.
