I work from home, so I am with my guest pups all day. I can accept early drop-offs and anytime pick-ups. I take breaks throughout the day, so pups can go for walks or go outside for exercise breaks.

Dogs are treated like welcome guests. I try to keep the routines that my pups' parents have established. Pups have free run of my house. There are no crates, but owners are welcome to bring one if their pups are crate-trained and they want to keep that routine.

Does your dog like to be walked or run around in the backyard, or both? Does he or she get along with other dogs? Does he have any conditions or habits I need to be aware of or any medications I need to administer? Does your dog like treats and is he/she allowed to eat people food? How about going on your furniture and bed--is that permited in your home? Is your dog active or lazy? I want my dog guests to feel at home and part of the family while they are here with us.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We live in a quiet, suburban neighborhood so we walk our dog guests and Snoopy in that area. We have very friendly neighbors who usually give us a smile when we walk by and stop to pet the pups and say "hello". Your dog's sleeping arrangement Wherever he or she prefers! Time I'll spend with your dog We have a full house of dog lovers so while we all have every day activites there is someone at home at least 90% of the day to ensure your dog is getting the attention he or she deserves

Our resident pups Snoopy and Yakov love to make new friends and are always happy to help make our guests feel comfortable and at home! Your pup will not be confined to one area of the house and we have a large fully fenced in back yard to run around in. It's your best friends' home away from home! We pick up and deliver upon request and can accommodate last minute situations. Are you planning a special event such as a wedding? We can dress your fur baby in an outfit you provide and then bring them to take pictures with you , or stay with them during the ceremony to make sure they behave, and then take them home with us and take care of them so you can enjoy your honeymoon, secure in the knowledge that your pup is being well cared for and loved. So don't worry. Book your vacation or business trip with confidence knowing that your loved one will be happy, comfortable and safe with us! Why I love dog sitting I got my love of dogs from my dad. He grew up with a dog named Chubby. When I was eight I got my first dog, Penny, a Boston Terrier. Penny was my consolation for having to wear braces. My dad took me out of school early one day to pick her out of a litter of pups and It was love at first sight. I have owned and cared for dogs ever since. About my yard The yard is completely fenced in and spacious. Accessible through the back door. The living room window looks out into the back yard so dogs that like to chase squirrels can sit on top of the couch and watch for squirrels to chase! Michelle was in touch often, both before and during Roxie’s stay. She sent photos of Roxie, which we appreciated. Michelle and her husband provided a nurturing environment and helped Roxie adjust and get comfortable in her new surroundings. We’re very pleased with Roxie’s experience and plan to use Michelle again.
Michelle was a wonderful friend to our older dog. She has older dogs as well, and really understands their needs. She is practiced with medications, and her own dogs are calm and friendly. Our dog became comfortable immediately and really enjoyed his time with Michelle.
