My pets are family- so are yours!
I grew up with dogs my whole life. I’m a veteran dog owner with over 30 years of experience walking and caring for my own dogs as well as friends neighbors. While I am Not afraid of dogs of any size, I understand there needs to be some finesse to gain the trust of any animal. I will respect their space an boundaries, and eventually they will look forward to seeing my on their day to day basis!

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Leaving your dog in someone else's care can be stressful, but from the moment I met Krissy, I knew my dog was in wonderful hands. Krissy went above and beyond in every way, treating my dog like a member of her own family. I received regular updates, photos, and messages that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was obvious that my dog's happiness, comfort, and safety were her top priorities. When I returned, my dog was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for—a true reflection of the love, patience, and attention my dog Sophie received. It's rare to find someone so dependable, trustworthy, and genuinely passionate about animals. I wholeheartedly recommend Krissy to anyone looking for exceptional pet care. Krissy exceeded every expectation, and I wouldn't hesitate to entrust her with my dog again.
Krissy and her husband were wonderful! We felt completely comfortable leaving our dogs in their care. We were visiting the area for a week and needed someone to board our dogs while we were here. We’re so happy we found them and would highly recommend them! 🐾😊

It’s always a good sign when Charlie pulls on his lead to get into the sitter’s house. He seems to have enjoyed himself which makes us feel good leaving him with Kristie.

Schedule
I am currently at stay at home parent to my two young boys. I have a flexible schedule so I can come as early or as late as needed (within reason!).

Safety, trust & environment
I have two dogs, Bowie who is a pit bull mix and Brutus a senior miniature dachshund. My yard is fully fenced so they will have plenty of room to run around safely and freely. My dogs are friendly to other pets, but if your dogs are apprehensive I have experience with slow and safe introductions. I have kennel trained my dogs when they were young, but now they no longer need them. I am comfortable with anything that makes my clients (and their fur babies) more comfortable.

A typical day
My sons and I love to play fetch with the dogs- we have plenty of room to run around in our yard! Whatever gets the dogs (and my kids!) tuckered out :)
