“Jenna and Greg are amazing! I've been using Rover for over 5 years now and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had boarding my dog Lola while I was out of town. It can be overwhelming finding a new sitter, especially during a holiday weekend, but the communication from both Jenna and Greg was phenomenal throughout the entire process and they immediately eliminated any stress. Though Jenna was out of town during Lola's stay, she was still extremely responsive and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. Lola spent 6 nights with Greg and their dog Hudson and I can't say enough good things about Greg! Lola definitely has a few quirks and is very timid but Greg was so good with her and treated her like his own pup. He sent photos throughout her entire stay, took her on long walks and to the dog park, and constantly kept me updated which allowed me to relax and fully enjoy my trip knowing she was in such good hands. I can't recommend these two (and Hudson) enough and look forward to using them again in the future!”
“I had kept Loafy for 5 days with Akhilesh and his family while we were out for a trip. It was a great family setting along with their beautiful black Lab Millie who was great company for Loafy. We initially had a meet and greet session with Akhilesh just to make Loafy comfortable with their home and he pretty much liked it there along with their dog. They also have a fenced backyard which was a great add-on safety for the dogs to be on their own. We got regular updates, photos, videos daily which gave us a peace of mind and Loafy seemed happy, relaxed, and clearly was well cared for. I have experience working with rescue organizations and offer foster care to animals requiring special attention. Currently in service dog training courses with my Australian Shepard. I work from home most days, so pet care naturally fits into my daily routine. I’m only away from home for about six hours on two days each week. Outside of work, I spend much of my time with my animals, gardening, and enjoying our little homestead—especially when the weather is nice! I have a fully fenced yard plus a separate secured area for my chickens. My own dogs, cats, and chickens live here, but visiting pets are always supervised and safely separated when needed.

Once again, Vanessa is the absolute best! Each time I have left my dogs in her care, I have felt completely at ease knowing they are being loved, well-cared for, and have playmates to keep them company while they are apart from their family. She’s communicative (always keeping us updated with the cutest pictures and videos), patient, and goes out of her way to make sure all bases are covered when you have any particular needs for your pups. Being away on a busy holiday weekend, we got stuck in even worse traffic than expected and were late to pick up. She was so understanding and patient which relieved any extra stress we had. She’s truly a saint, and her family is lovely as well. Jin was a wonderful sitter for our cat over a 12 day period. He was accommodating, welcoming, and kept us updated on daily events, sending us great photos and videos where we could see him settling in. He encouraged our cat to eat, play and feel safe. We especially loved the dedicated room with a great see-through door. He had plenty of scratchers, interactive toys and a wonderful cat condo which provided a great window view. We had a great experience with Jaxon’s stay! It was his first time away from us, and she was very understanding and kept us updated with lots of pictures and videos. He was a little nervous the first day, but by day two he had settled in, made friends with the other dogs and bonded with her daughter. They took great care of him, took him for walks, and she even gave him a hygiene trim. Jaxon came home happy and well cared for. We would definitely use her again!
