Rachel Rachel was absolutely wonderful with Nilo. This was our first time using her services after our regular sitter had an unexpected emergency, and she was kind enough to meet with us right away. Nilo can be a little challenging at times, so I made sure to explain his personality, behaviors, and needs. Rachel was incredibly patient, understanding, and caring from the very beginning. She took the time to make Nilo feel comfortable, took him on several walks, and it was clear that he felt safe and relaxed in her home.
