She communicated effectively during every visit, took excellent photos, and took time to really provide Hope with the care and love we wanted. She played and sang to Hope, as well as kept her food and water clean and full. We told her she didn’t need to do the litter every day, but she did anyway. Kierra was respectful of the apartment complex and timely with returning our key. Heart of gold and a friend of animals indeed. She even helped us with extending booking (when we messed up 5 times), We couldn’t have had a better experience or human to take care of Hope (who is a rescue cat but had no issues warming up to kierra)”

She helped with an international pet rescue, picked up a cat I had never met at JFK and cared for him for 4 days before I could make it across the state to pick him up. She is literally a life saver. “I am so glad I trusted Kristen to keep my pet Yorkie. I went with her once I met her and saw how passionate she is about not just her animals but all. She treated my benjie like her own. I have left my dog with his vet boarding in the past and felt he didn't get the attention or care I expected. He was a little withdrawn and took a few days to be his normally playful self. “When I left Hartley at Karina's she was definitely nervous, but I felt confident she would be okay. Over the next few days Harley had a really rough time, but Karina kept me appraised about everything that was going on, and worked with me to find solutions for her anxiety. I felt a thousand times better knowing even though she was super stressed, Karina spent every second keeping her as calm as possible and making the situation as good for her as possible. I would highly recommend leaving an animal in her loving care with no reservations. She was amazing for my dog and for me.”
