Xiaoying & Bin X was amazing when we boarded our dog, Mochi, with her 10 days. She is very responsive and sent photos and videos everyday while we were away, which eased our nerves. Then when our flight was delayed, she was very accommodating in watching Mochi for an extra day with no issues. She also helped cleaned Mochi’s ears a few times during her stay when she noticed that she was scratching her ears a lot and recommended a cleaning solution as well. I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to others!
Kim is an absolute angel and took amazing care of our dog Clover on short notice. She treated Clover with so much love and patience when it took awhile for our anxious girl to settle in. Kim sent lots of photos and videos and updates, and Clover had an absolutely amazing time going on adventures with Kim, exploring their huge backyard, and sunning around their house. I would recommend Kim to anyone - she is the best dog sitter I’ve found on Rover. We love Kim and will be booking again with her any time we need a sitter 🩷🥰

Avon did an amazing job caring for my cat in her home! She provided attentive care and got my anxious cat to come out of her shell and feel comfortable in the new environment. Avon also was great at communicating and sending pictures and videos every day. Definitely recommend!
My Pets home away from home. My pet looks forward to staying with Pam and feels so comfortable that he wants to go there when he senses me packing him up for a trip. I don't have to wonder whether he's doing well. She sends me constant video updates. she makes him part of her extended family.
