I had an overnight cat sitting service with them for a 7 nights and they sent me daily photos and videos and made sure to keep me updated! They also brought so many toys, a cat tree, and cat hideaway spots for my cat. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. This was the first time someone other than family watched our chocolate lab and Krissy did not disappoint!! She showed him love and care. He had a blast at her house for the week. Bo stayed with Ed for 3.5 weeks. Ed sent regular bideos of Bo, interacting with Ed and often playing with other dogs. Bo appeared engaged and happy to be with the other dogs. Ed complied with all our requests. He has a gentle and kind manner. When we picked up Bo he easily returned to his routine at home. We would not hesitate to recommend him and look forward to using his services in the future.
