“This is my first time leaving my dog with someone 6 hours away from home and I was nervous. It was last minute when I realized we had to bring the dog with us (last minute as in 8 hours before we had to leave). She responded to my request at 3am in the morning, thats great! I messaged many and didnt get many responses. There was no Hassel, she was very flexible and when we left then came back to the house to drop her off, my dog ran up to her as if she knew her forever. She did an amazing job and I'm so thankful she came by!! She is definitely recommended!”

“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. Ivana was wonderful with Sunny. She is very caring, patient, understanding, and has a very calm, relaxed demeanor that made us feel comfortable right away. Sunny showed some separation anxiety on the first day, and Ivana was extremely patient with her and gave her the time she needed to settle in and feel comfortable. Ivana also did a great job keeping us updated with messages and pictures throughout Sunny’s stay, which really helped put our minds at ease while we were away.
