“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. “We had a wonderful experience boarding our 8-year-old Greyhound (Annie) with Tyler! After reaching out, we set up a meet and greet where Tyler showed us around and made us and Annie comfortable with the environment. When we came to drop Annie off, Tyler came out to greet us and even helped carry some items inside! During the stay, Tyler sent photos to us every two hours! On top of that, Tyler took Annie on at least four to five walks a day (many more than she gets at home!) Tyler was attentive to our concerns and shared updates that were important to us. Namely, Tyler let us know when Annie finally began eating her (she's a picky east, especially when she's not at home). When we came to pick Annie up, Tyler was just as helpful as when we dropped her off. He brought all the items out to our car, which was a great help after a long and tiring weekend for us. Once again, Vanessa is the absolute best! Each time I have left my dogs in her care, I have felt completely at ease knowing they are being loved, well-cared for, and have playmates to keep them company while they are apart from their family. She’s communicative (always keeping us updated with the cutest pictures and videos), patient, and goes out of her way to make sure all bases are covered when you have any particular needs for your pups. Being away on a busy holiday weekend, we got stuck in even worse traffic than expected and were late to pick up. She was so understanding and patient which relieved any extra stress we had. She’s truly a saint, and her family is lovely as well. I will be sure to recommend her to any of my loved ones who need a sitter and you can rest assured knowing she’ll take the best care of your pets, too.
Excellent experience, from first communication on rover, to the meet and greet, drop off and pick up. Sonia and her son Kenny sent updates and pics everyday. My dog Levi gets a little nervous with new people but they were so patient and loving, he settled in so quickly. When we picked him up, he was so calm, almost seemed like he wanted to stay longer, hahaa. We had a great experience with Jaxon’s stay! It was his first time away from us, and she was very understanding and kept us updated with lots of pictures and videos. He was a little nervous the first day, but by day two he had settled in, made friends with the other dogs and bonded with her daughter. They took great care of him, took him for walks, and she even gave him a hygiene trim. Jaxon came home happy and well cared for. We would definitely use her again!

Ivana was wonderful with Sunny. She is very caring, patient, understanding, and has a very calm, relaxed demeanor that made us feel comfortable right away. Sunny showed some separation anxiety on the first day, and Ivana was extremely patient with her and gave her the time she needed to settle in and feel comfortable. Ivana also did a great job keeping us updated with messages and pictures throughout Sunny’s stay, which really helped put our minds at ease while we were away. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about Sunny and wanted her to feel safe and happy. We felt very comfortable leaving Sunny in her care and would definitely use Ivana again. Highly recommended!
