We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. Xiaoying & Bin X was amazing when we boarded our dog, Mochi, with her 10 days. She is very responsive and sent photos and videos everyday while we were away, which eased our nerves. Then when our flight was delayed, she was very accommodating in watching Mochi for an extra day with no issues. She also helped cleaned Mochi’s ears a few times during her stay when she noticed that she was scratching her ears a lot and recommended a cleaning solution as well. I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to others!
Vanessa was so easy to communicate with and made me feel SO comfortable with leaving my dog with her. She understood my dogs needs, specifically that she's a master escape artist.
