I had an overnight cat sitting service with them for a 7 nights and they sent me daily photos and videos and made sure to keep me updated! They also brought so many toys, a cat tree, and cat hideaway spots for my cat. “Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. Kate was outstanding from start to finish. She made us feel comfortable with leaving our dog with her and went above and beyond to take care of him. This was the first time someone other than family watched our chocolate lab and Krissy did not disappoint!! She showed him love and care. He had a blast at her house for the week. Xiaoying & Bin was amazing to my dog Rajah they took such great care of him he was clean and very relaxed when I picked him up. I got videos every day and I could tell he was very comfortable with them. They are really friendly and easy to communicate with. I will be using their service to take care of Rajah now when I go away
My dog literally came back home so tired from having fun. He received excellent treatment he had another dog to play with (which was great to wear him out) I was sent multiple pics throughout the day letting me know that Ac was in excellent care. I will use them again and again 🙏🏽

Bo stayed with Ed for 3.5 weeks. Ed sent regular bideos of Bo, interacting with Ed and often playing with other dogs. Bo appeared engaged and happy to be with the other dogs. Ed complied with all our requests. He has a gentle and kind manner. When we picked up Bo he easily returned to his routine at home. We would not hesitate to recommend him and look forward to using his services in the future.
Alec is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, communication was clear, reliable, and reassuring. He truly keeps his word. Leaving my dogs for an entire week—especially with someone new—had me feeling pretty anxious, but Alec completely put my mind at ease. Throughout my trip, I was totally worry-free and stress-free thanks to the constant updates, photos, and videos. He kept me informed about everything—from how well they were eating, to their energy levels, and yes, even their “poop status” 😂.
