I’ve had a boxer, pitbull mix, and husky throughout my life I’m a student athlete but I do not have a job while I am at school. About: I have pet sat and walked for many family friends over the years, have 7 years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant in both general practice and emergency since 2019, graduated with a BS in Pre-Veterinary medicine from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2023, and am American Red Cross Certified in Cat and Dog First Aid. During my time working I have had hands on experience administrating medications, and working with dogs and cats of all ages and temperaments. I’ve had cats since I was born and have had my dog since 2019. I absolutely love dog sitting and getting to meet and take care of everyone’s babies like my own! :) Pet care is currently my part-time work for this summer! I’m going back to school in September for my Radiologic Technologist program. Still need my cat and dog time though! I am very knowledgeable in both dog and cat body language, how to care for them, can give medications (pills, topical ointments, certain injections), and bathe if needed if given the proper supplies! I will always make sure your pet is safe, whether it be in the outside or in the home (locking doors, checking the yard, etc).
