Animals have always taken up a huge chunk of my heart. I form an unbreakable bond with every animal I meet (even if they aren't very fond of humans). At a very young age, I was introduced to my first real pet. The connection was instant. I began pet sitting for family and friends whenever possible, taking care to keep close attention to each animal's specific needs and wants. An immense love for animals consumes me, so much that I put the animal's needs before my own, no matter the circumstances. I have cared for and looked after birds, cats, dogs of all sizes, as well as but not limited to: bunnies, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, ferrets, chinchillas, rats, mice, gerbils, hamsters, reptiles (bearded dragons, iguanas, monitors, water dragons, snakes) turtles, tortoises, tarantulas, and freshwater fish. I ran a rescue right out of my home for many years by the name of Busy Birds. I took in frail, sick, senior, or unwanted animals from all over the state and the surrounding areas and nursed them back to health. Many of them stayed with me as fosters until they were adopted out to their permanent homes. But a large percentage of them won a place in my life forever. I have worked in the Veterinary field as a veterinarian assistant for three years. I have administered medications as well as syringe-fed fledglings, wild birds, and kittens on multiple occasions. I am also familiar with special needs animals. I walked dogs for a living and pet sat many different animals for multiple years. I have also managed four pet stores throughout my life and am very educated on diet, play, and intensive care.

Ella was very professional and always on time. She was caring and gentle with our dog Chewie. She kept in constant communication with us while we were away on vacation and we knew that Chewie was in good hands. Chewie was always happy and excited to see her and go on long walks with her. We highly recommend Ella to anyone looking for a dependable and loving dog walker!
Ella provided top flight and very loving care for my 12 y/o diabetic miniature schnauzer. Ella goes above and beyond walking, feeding, and giving medicine, she gives hugs, kisses and companionship to my Dillon. On top of all that she checks his water, washes his food bowl and provides a detailed report of their time together. I would absolutely recommend Ella to care for your pet. You will have peace of mind that your pet is safe and well cared for.
Ella was great! My dog is high maintenance needing medication that she doesn’t easily take and having accidents while she’s alone, Ella was able to give her meds and cleaned up after the accidents. She gave detailed updates of her time as well along with pictures.

Ella is fantastic!! I needed someone to administer subq fluids & medication to my senior tom cat while I'm away from work. Ella has done an excellent job with him everytime she comes. It gives me great peace of mind to know he's being well cared for <3 Thank you Ella!
Ella did such a great job with my pups, she made sure they both got a lot of love while she was with them and both of my dogs had a fun time with her! I really appreciated how thoughtful and caring she was, and had such peace of mind that my dogs were being well taken care of! She sent a detailed summary of how the visit went and took such cute pictures!!

Schedule
I work remotely from home, so my schedule is very flexible. I am always only a phone call or a text away and am usually quick to respond. Whatever you need, I'll make it work!
