About: My first job was as a dog walker when I was 12! I have grown up with cats and dogs - caring for them from puppies/kittens through to their golden years. I have also dog/house sat for a large rescue + their several senior cats! My goal is to get to know each pet I interact with so that me and your pet can enjoy our time together. Furry friends are family and I treat them as such. I have also volunteered at 2 different rescues over the past several years helping care for cats as well as walk and play with dogs of all ages. I am currently finishing my last year of medical school so my schedule is not completely free. However, I do typically have evenings, weekends, and a random day off during the week! I get my current schedule 1 month at a time and am happy to accommodate outside my scheduled hospital shifts. I am very respectful of others rules for their home and their pets. About: Ive had experience with all types of animals, dogs, cats, furry ones, even reptiles. Ive house sat, and dog sat for friends when they go away for the past few years. I can also take care of reptiles, cats, and small furry animals. I understand having animals, and going away can be stressful with finding someone who you trust with your loved pets. I will care for them as if they’re my own. I have a full time career in Law Enforcement but i live with my brother who would be able to let the pup out if godforbid an emergency on my end happens. I have a rotating schedule so my schedule is definitely flexible. Most of the time my days off fall on weekdays. I also have 3 day weekends where i am home most of the time. I work 6am to 2pm 5 days a week, then I am off for 2 days then my schedule flips to 2pm to 10pm 5 days a week with 3 days off. I am also able to drop in while working atleast once in the middle of the day. So your pup wouldn’t have to wait 8 hours to go outside. I have a decent sized fenced in yard, and also have 2 pups at home who are all friendly, trained, and crate trained if your pup wants alone time. I also live in a part of the house that allows your dog to roam freely without any other animals around.

About: Over the course of my time I've taken care of and lived with goldfish, parakeets, a big old mutt, several great cats...and chickens. Considering that I grew up in Manhattan, I'd say that if that doesn't account for exeptional qualifications to love and care for our furry (or scaly, or feathered) friends, I'm not sure what could! Our kids are off exploring the world as newly minted adults leaving my wife and I with two finicky cats. With a little extra time on my hands I thought it would be a good idea to help other pet owners out to work all day or preferably, gone on a much needed vacation but looking for someone to check in on their furry loved ones. I freelance from home as a designer, so I typically have time at both ends of the day to extend a helping hand to anyone who needs a little extra care for their pet. We have 2 cats at home of whom I am the primary caretaker of, so adding a visit to a neighbor in need would be easy.
