About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have cared for a wide variety of pets, including dogs, cats, frogs, birds, lizards, a ferret, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish. My last pet was a cat, and even though I don’t currently have pets, I truly enjoy being around them. I’ve owned dogs all of my life and have had several breeds over the years including pitbulls, a Boston Terrier, a French Bulldog, and a Boxer, so I am very comfortable with different sizes and personalities. I have walked and cared for both of my aunts dogs. My one aunt has a French Bulldog and the other has a mastiff, and I always made sure they were fed, let out, and comfortable. I also cared for a pitbull while babysitting, handling his feeding, bathroom breaks, and daily routine. Dogs are my specialty because I have the most hands on experience with them, but I enjoy caring for all pets. I am responsible, patient, and confident with many different breeds and temperaments, and I always make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and well taken care of. I also plan on getting a red eared slider turtle soon because I love learning about and caring for different types of animals. I am currently on summer vacation, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets throughout the week. When the fall semester starts, my classes will only be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which keeps my schedule very open. I am available from 6 am to 3 pm to take care of your pets, and I make sure to plan my day around giving them the attention and care they need. When I am caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their routines and instructions closely to make sure their pets feel safe and comfortable. I pay attention to details like feeding times, bathroom breaks, and keeping their space clean. About: I had both dogs and cats in my home growing up and have assisted in caring for them my whole life. I been single handedly taking care of my own cat for 5 years now. There are currently 2 dogs (a 9 year old pug and a 2 year old medium sized mutt) and 2 cats (10 years old and 5 years old) in my home that I help feed, take care of, and play with. I am highly in tune with my animals and always provide them with what they need to be comfortable. My schedule is currently very flexible. I am open to walks at any time of the day as well as pet sitting. On Mondays I can only care for pets after 5:30. He very rarely shows himself to strangers and this was no exception, but she got him to at least stick a paw out of his hiding place for a treat which, honestly, says a lot about how calming a presence she must have been. She sent text and photo updates every day (even though he never allowed himself to be seen) so we knew he was eating and getting out and about which was really reassuring for us as anxious pet parents. Will absolutely hire again!
Marissa watched our cat for one week and she is amazing! This was our first experience with Rover and it couldn’t have gone better. We did an initial meet and greet at my house, and she asked great questions about my cat’s care that even I didn’t think about. Grace was fantastic with sky . Came early every day,took pictures and we spoke on phone. Litter box was clean everyday and sky ate well. Grace came to meet sky 3 weeks before her work day and met me and sky ! I would use her again and highly recommende you do as well !

Stephanie took great care of my two cats, Oreo and Nala, while I was away. She followed all of my instructions and made sure their routines were kept consistent, which I really appreciated. Oreo is a social butterfly and enjoyed her company right away. What impressed me most was seeing my shy girl Nala slowly come out of her shell. By the last couple of visits she was rubbing against Stephanie and even allowing pets, which is a big deal for her. That alone speaks volumes to me. Stephanie also shared photos during the visits and kept things running smoothly while I was gone.
