“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. She and her family (two young children who will entertain your dog endlessly) will provide a loving environment with lots of play and attention. I boarded my 7 year old pit mix for several days and he felt right at home immediately. This was Rory’s second stay with Julie. Julie is amazing! Rory had such a good time her first stay she dragged me to Julie’s door on our second visit. Julie is very caring and Rory got plenty of playtime outdoors in Julie’s fenced in yard. Julie is a pleasure to work with, very flexible, and Rory will definitely come back.
Our three dogs loved their stay with this lovely family! We got pictures, videos, and regular updates. The videos showed us how much fun our dogs were having, they loved running around the backyard and even our very shy dog made good friends! We felt assured that our dogs were well cared for while we were away on vacation, and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing they were safe and happy.
