My husband and I went away for the holiday (9 days) and wanted our 9mo Murphy to be taken cared of by a person and not just a boarding facility. I found Nachay by filtering through my preferences and we are so glad we found her! Not only was she absolutely a pleasure to deal with, she was so responsive to us and sent us so many photos and videos daily- even though we didn’t even ask for it! We also FaceTimed our dog (he didn’t care hah) but it was nice to have done that being that he’s a very full energy pup! She has a great fenced in backyard and for our dog it was absolutely perfect. This was our first time using Rover and I would highly recommend Nachay and we would totally book with her for the next time we go away.”

She communicated effectively during every visit, took excellent photos, and took time to really provide Hope with the care and love we wanted. She played and sang to Hope, as well as kept her food and water clean and full. We told her she didn’t need to do the litter every day, but she did anyway. Kierra was respectful of the apartment complex and timely with returning our key. Heart of gold and a friend of animals indeed. She even helped us with extending booking (when we messed up 5 times), We couldn’t have had a better experience or human to take care of Hope (who is a rescue cat but had no issues warming up to kierra)”
“Lu and his family took great care of our dog. This is the first boarding experience for our dog, who gets nervous when she is away from home. Lu was great with updates and lots of pictures. Their own dog and daughter were attentive and made our Beau feel right at home. They were also very generous with whatever Beau needed. She and her family (two young children who will entertain your dog endlessly) will provide a loving environment with lots of play and attention. I boarded my 7 year old pit mix for several days and he felt right at home immediately. Tina was great sharing photos and videos of Lincoln playing in the fenced in back and taking lots of walks (I think he thought twice about coming back home :)). So happy I found her.”

Mamdouh was incredible and so kind. She made me and my kitty feel so welcome and relaxed. And when I forgot to bring food she went out of her way to go buy the exact same kind my kitty eats so she wouldnt have to change food. I cannot recommend her enough you will be so happy with her care.
Kara was an absolute joy to work with. From the initial meet-and-greet to the thoughtful pictures and updates she sent throughout the stay, she made the entire experience stress-free and reassuring. An excellent experience. I was comfortable on vacation knowing my baby was in great hands. I got a picture of my Stormi☔️ everyday. She looked happy romping around the huge backyard. When I went to pick her up she wanted to stay. That’s the best sign of a great time.
Once again, I was worry and stress free leaving Lucas in the care of Caitlyn and family. They are so kind and caring with Lucas. He is particular and has specific needs which they are able to accommodate. I received updates, pics and stayed informed of his care during our time away. Stephanie is an incredible pet sitter! We are so grateful to her for taking such great care of our dog (1 year, 8 months old) for a weekend stay. We have a high-energy dog who requires a lot of attention (e.g., play time/soccer in the backyard and walks) - Stephanie truly went above and beyond for our dog. Stephanie also constantly checked in with multiple photos every day (during the weekend stay), provided updates, and followed our detailed instructions. This was Rory’s second stay with Julie. Julie is amazing! Rory had such a good time her first stay she dragged me to Julie’s door on our second visit. Julie is very caring and Rory got plenty of playtime outdoors in Julie’s fenced in yard. Julie is a pleasure to work with, very flexible, and Rory will definitely come back.
Caitlin and Erick are two lovely young people that have a great responsibility ethic and feel for animals. This was the first dog sit experience for my Havanese puppy Sandy while we delivered our son to college. Caitlin and Erick understood her special anxiety, were able to deal with her emotions and made her feel comfortable so we could do what we needed to do. I expect to book further dog sits with this nice couple and thank them for making Sandy’s first dog sit a good one.
This is my first time using Rover so I was unfamiliar with the whole process. I had lots of worries and questions but Catalina did an amazing job with my dog. Finding Leidy was such a blessing. Her first message after I sent the request through Rover started with “Good Evening … “. That somehow assured me and made me wish that everything works out and I can book Leidy. So when she agreed and the timings worked out for her, it felt like Mano and Mao would be in a good place for the 4 days. While I was so emotional during the drop off, setting everything up in her basement and explaining everything felt right. My cats are very well-behaved but they take a long time building trust so I already knew they would mostly be underneath the sofa and bed. Leidy did her best and let them be. They would come out of their hiding spots to eat and that was reassuring that they were eating and using the bathroom despite the change of environment. Overall, it was nice conversing with Leidy through the messages and through the pictures she would share. I am grateful that our first time of passing on care for Mano and Mao was with Leidy. If I ever come across an emergency again or get to know of someone who needs a sitter, I will surely think of Leidy to contact. Thank you Leidy!
