The retractable leash I provided broke on one of her walks and without hesitation she went out to get another leash for future walks. My flight coming back was delayed and she stayed up late for me to arrive to pick up. She checked in everyday with updates and photos on how things were going. Anna was super tentative and detail oriented with my pets routine and needs. She made the experience for myself and my pet very comforting and assuring throughout the duration of the stay. This was the first time I had to board Piper for a family trip. Karina is extraordinary in communication and providing love and care to Piper. Updates with the pictures every few hours throughout the day certainly gave me peace of mind while I was on the trip. I could tell how happy and loved Piper was at Karina’s place from the pictures.
