After reaching out, we set up a meet and greet where Tyler showed us around and made us and Annie comfortable with the environment. When we came to drop Annie off, Tyler came out to greet us and even helped carry some items inside! During the stay, Tyler sent photos to us every two hours! On top of that, Tyler took Annie on at least four to five walks a day (many more than she gets at home!) Tyler was attentive to our concerns and shared updates that were important to us. Namely, Tyler let us know when Annie finally began eating her (she's a picky east, especially when she's not at home). When we came to pick Annie up, Tyler was just as helpful as when we dropped her off. He brought all the items out to our car, which was a great help after a long and tiring weekend for us. Tanu is great! She took good care of our 6 year old Ace for a day. She loves your pet like it’s her own. Ace is picky with his eating habits and spoiled I should say, but she was very concerned when he skipped his meal. She followed all our instructions and sent us pictures of Ace more often than we expected. He was very happy at her place. Another great vacation for Frodo with Britany - she’s the best! She sent daily photos and videos without me even having to ask, and I never worried about Frodo during his stay. He looked like he was having the best time, and I honestly don’t think he wanted to leave when we picked him up! We can’t wait for Frodo to stay with her again in the future.

An excellent experience. I was comfortable on vacation knowing my baby was in great hands. I got a picture of my Stormi☔️ everyday. She looked happy romping around the huge backyard. When I went to pick her up she wanted to stay. That’s the best sign of a great time.
