“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. About: I have been living with a dog (at one time with 3) since 2010. We recently said goodbye to our lab/retriever mix and are not quite yet ready to adopt a dog again but we miss having a dog around. As a pet parent I understand how stressful it can be finding reliable care and finding someone who will love your dog as much you do. It can also be tough when you find out you have to work late and will need someone to come to your rescue to let your baby out and feed them. When I’m not walking dogs, I’m taking care of my human children (who also love dogs) which means I have a somewhat flexible schedule, and I spend a lot of time outdoors. We have always found lots of fun outdoor bonding opportunities everywhere we have lived with our dog. We both love being outside and being active and I would love to share this hobby with your dog too! I am a full time mom to two school aged children. I have reliable blocks of availability for the most part. I am in and out during the day and my husband works from home a lot of the time as qell. We’re very big on walks, dog parks, fetch (our sweet pup was inexhaustible and could play fetch for hours), and my kids practically live in our yard so I’m outdoors a lot when I’m home. When caring for a pet in a client’s home, I follow the care instructions given by the pet parent.

Tanu is great! She took good care of our 6 year old Ace for a day. She loves your pet like it’s her own. Ace is picky with his eating habits and spoiled I should say, but she was very concerned when he skipped his meal. She followed all our instructions and sent us pictures of Ace more often than we expected. He was very happy at her place.
