Not only accommodating and calming - she answered all my questions with grace, understanding it was stressful. ( i may well be overbearing when it comes to my puppy) She sent me photos, and kept me up to date with Aubreys progress. I boarded my 7 year old pit mix for several days and he felt right at home immediately. Over the next few days Harley had a really rough time, but Karina kept me appraised about everything that was going on, and worked with me to find solutions for her anxiety. I felt a thousand times better knowing even though she was super stressed, Karina spent every second keeping her as calm as possible and making the situation as good for her as possible. Grace is a thoughtful sitter. I felt safe to have left my fur buddy with her for a longer stay. I booked Nusrat to take care of my cat for a week and she was great! Super communicative with regular updates and pictures. I was anxious about leaving my cat with a sitter for the first time but upon dropping my cat off inside Nusrat's house, I felt at ease because I noticed how patient and caring she was with her. Tanu is great! She took good care of our 6 year old Ace for a day. She loves your pet like it’s her own. Ace is picky with his eating habits and spoiled I should say, but she was very concerned when he skipped his meal. She followed all our instructions and sent us pictures of Ace more often than we expected. He was very happy at her place. Another great vacation for Frodo with Britany - she’s the best! She sent daily photos and videos without me even having to ask, and I never worried about Frodo during his stay. He looked like he was having the best time, and I honestly don’t think he wanted to leave when we picked him up! We can’t wait for Frodo to stay with her again in the future.

After almost two years of not seeing my baby, Ingrid and her family welcomed her back into their home with open arms!
