I booked this service with Paul to deliver basic services for my dog. The sitter was late in answering my text and calls when I arrived. It was a big inconvenience, because it caused a domino effect, I missed a very big meeting. I was disappointed with the service. I wasted money and time I requested a refund. I had to rebook 2 days later.

Unfortunately, the this listing was misleading. The name is Paula but we never met Paula so it's safe to say the person advertised is not the person taking care of your pet. It also said there are no other pets in the home but it was evident there were other pets we can hear and based on how our dog smelled when we picked him up. Communication was not good during drop off or pick up. We had to wait for both even though we already agreed on a time. This is very disappointing since I have had very good experiences with my cat sitter.

Paul did an outstanding job caring for my pet and exceeded all expectations. He was professional, dependable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. It was obvious that my pet felt comfortable and cared for in his hands. Paul went above and beyond to make sure all of my pet’s needs were met, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. Knowing my pet was with someone so attentive made all the difference. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for exceptional pet care.
