She spent a lot of time with us during our initial meet and greet. She answered all our questions and allowed our dogs to hang out in her backyard and just really reassured us that she will love them the same way we do. She communicated regularly while we were gone and sent pictures and videos. What I also appreciated is that she is flexible with drop off and pick up times. My experience with Aritra was GREAT! He’s very professional and gathers all the info to care for your pup as if they are his own. He goes the extra mile with a meet-n-greet with his current dogs he is boarding to ensure all the dogs are comfortable and introduces your dog to the space before taking them in. He has a great dog run that is huge for a city setting and it is well taken care of and has all the play essentials. His boarding area is also very clean and maintained very well. I only had to bring my pup and her daily essentials. He takes great pride in his business and I would recommend everyone to check him out! Jacind was great with Milo! I needed someone to keep him overnight while I was busy with my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen, and she made everything so easy for me. She was very communicative, sent me pictures and updates throughout the night, and Milo seemed to warm up to her really quickly. I also really appreciated that she was able to pick Milo up from the venue and drop him back off the next morning. With everything I had going on that weekend, that was a huge help. I felt comfortable knowing Milo was in good hands, and I would definitely book with Jacind again!
Our dog Sadie is a bit unpredictable in her old age, but Elle never missed a beat. Elle stayed in close contact with us about how Sadie was doing and followed our instructions. She was consistently positive and patient, which really stood out, even when Sadie was a bit more work than we expected. Sadie came home happy and her usual self, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely recommend Elle for boarding and dogsitting.
Ingrid and her family are great host. They hosted Max for almost 2 weeks. They have Max lots of attention and love. She sent multiple pictures and videos every day while we were away. She communicates very well and quickly. Will continue to use Ingrid for upcoming trips and maybe check ins from time to time.

I booked Nusrat to take care of my cat for a week and she was great! Super communicative with regular updates and pictures. I was anxious about leaving my cat with a sitter for the first time but upon dropping my cat off inside Nusrat's house, I felt at ease because I noticed how patient and caring she was with her.
