Robin answers quickly and provides pics and updates all along. When I contacted Robin, she came over for a meet and greet and Callie was paying no mind to her. It was nice to see in the pic that Callie allowed her to get close. Callie is very shy and doesn't like to come out of hiding. Princess had a wonderful stay with Ruth-Ann and Brandon! They took great care of her, and it was clear she was comfortable and well looked after from the pictures they provided. One of the things I appreciated most was that Princess had the opportunity to socialize—not only with her handlers but also, at her own pace, with some of the other dogs there. When I picked her up, she seemed happy, relaxed, and well cared for, which gave me great peace of mind. A huge Thank you to both Brandon and Ruth for providing such a welcoming environment. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again and will highly recommend their services to others looking for caring, dependable sitters.
Suraia was a fantastic sitter, my cat loved her!! She played with her a lot and gave her lots and lots of attention. All of my instructions were followed plus she sent lots of pics and vids! Above all, she genuinely cared about my cat <3 I highly recommend her as a sitter!

I was a little nervous leaving Loki overnight as this is my first time using the app but she was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. She sends daily pictures, updates multiple times a day and responds very quickly. She is very experienced with handling dogs and Loki had a blast playing with the kids. Pick up and drop off were very smooth and Loki was very happy which is all a dog parent really wants.

This was my first time leaving my cat with a boarder. Nusrat gave me peace of mind with daily and frequent updates. Our cat hasn’t been around any other cats in over a year but she reassured me that he is doing great with her two cats. I will definitely rebook with Nusrat in the future!

An excellent experience. I was comfortable on vacation knowing my baby was in great hands. I got a picture of my Stormi☔️ everyday. She looked happy romping around the huge backyard. When I went to pick her up she wanted to stay. That’s the best sign of a great time.
Vanessa extremely communicative and sent lots of pictures and videos which I love! Her and her partner took my baby out in the woods for walks and followed all of my instructions carefully. They are also right near JFK, so they are an easy drop off/pickup when you’re traveling through there! Your dog will certainly get lots of affection with them
